The young guy at reception was so polite, knowledgeable and professional.
He offered advice to everyone that came in and was kind enough to reverse my car out of the garage.

Easy to order, tyres were at the depot ready for fitting at the prearranged date and time slot. Fitters were professional and efficient.
Only reason for not giving a 5*, on my journey home the tyre warning symbol popped up, which was worrying, turned out it had not been reset.

Quick service and tyres at a good price

No problems with fitting the tyres and doing tracking but staff didn't seem to be very helpful. I asked three times for a quote for brake pads but they still didn't sort out a quote, so I assume they don't want further business

First time off using just tyres in Braintree, had four tyres fitted, pick the car up, the tyre pressure warning light was on , somebody came out to take car back into work shop, i was still in the car, i said do you not put seat covers on anymore,he replied only if I was dirty he was filthy, he checked tyre pressure they were all low in pressure, the light did go out,so took the car home I got a damp cloth wiped the steering wheel, seats, handbrake leaver,it was filthy, not happy

Changed tyre garages due to moving and always found these guys at Braintree friendly and helpful.. Always been honest with repairs and good atmosphere between them.. Always fairly easy to use and quick to get appointment

The work was carried out professionally in good time and of high standard. The staff at the centre were very friendly and helpful. They offer professional advice where appropriate. The staffs were humble and courteous. I would never hesitate to recommend just tyres to my friends and family.

I had booked in for Tuesday afternoon last week. I understand that there was a miscommunication between my wife and your employee. Complaints were made by your employee about how tight the small spare had been put on. Not our problem. I had to call Green Flag to replace the tyre as I have a lung condition and couldn’t do the tyre on my own. My wife was under the impression that she was being blamed for the situation. In her words your employee was “bolshie and moody” and didn’t make her very welcome.

The guys were great got my car in straight away I had asked for the wheels to be changed around again not a problem, they were polite and very helpful will definitely use Just Tyres in the future

The people at the Braintree branch were most helpful about the best way to book. They also fitted the tyres earlier than booked - which helped me a lot.
