These people are always great. I use the Braintree branch. Today Adam removed a nail from my tyre and repaired it. Brilliant work in about 20 mins.

The person that actually did my tyres was lovely.
The person on the reception desk however, told me I didn’t need new break pads (this was not what he should have been looking at and I’d only had them replaced three days before) constantly trying to upsell and was rude to the lady in front of me questioning if she was on a budget. Just no need, it’s a shame as he lets it down

Incompetence or a trick
I booked my car in to have my tracking adjusted as I had just had some work done on the suspension by my mobile service technician. I was told they couldnt do it as a nut was seized and I needed new parts with the job costing £170. The "quote" was written on a tiny scrap of paper. I asked my mobile technician and he released it in a few minutes. This was either incompetence or a trick to cost me more money,so be wary.

Easy online booking. Tyres were fitted and tracking checked whilst I waited. Tyres were a very competitive price compared to other tyre fitting companies.

Long wait
My car was booked in for 1pm but the tyres didn’t turn up until 3pm so had to sit and wait for over two hours

The young guy at reception was so polite, knowledgeable and professional.
He offered advice to everyone that came in and was kind enough to reverse my car out of the garage.

Easy to order
Easy to order, tyres were at the depot ready for fitting at the prearranged date and time slot. Fitters were professional and efficient.
Only reason for not giving a 5*, on my journey home the tyre warning symbol popped up, which was worrying, turned out it had not been reset.

Good price of tyres but staff not very helpful
No problems with fitting the tyres and doing tracking but staff didn't seem to be very helpful. I asked three times for a quote for brake pads but they still didn't sort out a quote, so I assume they don't want further business
