I ordered 5 premium tyres for my motorhome, due to the 80psi they needed high pressure valves. I contacted the Cambridge branch several days before the booking and was told if I ordered the tyres they would get the valves.
On the day of fitting I rang the branch, valves not in would I book in again in five days time which I did.. I went in person the following day to ensure the valves would be in and was told they would be ordered ready for fitting 4 days later
On the day of fitting I called them again and was told the manager had ordered them and they are not in - a phone call later and it was found the manager had not ordered them, they had no idea when they would be in or when they could fit the tyres
I contacted the main office and have requested a refund as I needed a reliable company who would fit them. I actually chose this company over Black Circles so have learned my lesson
The people in the head office were very helpful and quite understood why I wanted a refund, the txt arrived as promised confirming the refund, if only the fitting station was as efficient
I was going to oder 4 new tyres for my car as well but will obviously go else where now

Great attitude, even at the end of the day. Did the job quickly and well. Will definitely return if they are needed again.
The mechanics were decent, quick and polite - I appreciated their help. The front office could do with a bit of a tidy / clean - first impressions count.
Booking was really easy, the tyres were good value compared to other retailers, the people fitting them were friendly and helpful and I didn't have to wait long.
Appalling. I recently bought two front tyres at the Just Tyres Cambridge branch, and the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.
The staff were unfriendly and seemed reluctant to do the work; they left me alone in a grubby reception area for 15 minutes while one disappeared—presumably to eat lunch. The service bay was tiny, and when another customer arrived after me, the two employees prioritised them, blocking my car in and removing all four wheels from the new arrival. This delayed my job by 30 minutes while they finished.
The facilities were filthy—the toilet had faeces in the sink, with no handle to access it or the actual toilet cubicle.
When I finally got my car back, the heating was blasting at 26°C, making the interior uncomfortably hot, suggesting someone had sat in it with the engine running and heat on full. Worryingly, my fuel gauge showed a noticeable drop—the low fuel light came on despite having 121 miles left in the tank when I arrived.
Today, driving further for the first time, a warning light revealed the new front tyres were over-inflated (one at 39 PSI, the other 37 PSI; should be 33 PSI). The rear tyres weren’t checked at all—one at just 25 PSI, the other 29 PSI. Overall, poor service, hygiene issues, and substandard work that put me at risk driving my car on the motorway today.

The 2 staff were great, hardworking and warned me that they were running late and my appointment time would overrun. It took 2 hours instead of 30mins.
They hadn't had a break but carried on regardless.

When having tyres replaced in the past, I've had some dreadful experiences and been in some pretty grim locations. However, Just Tyres were great, started work immediately at the agreed time, were polite and helpful and appear to have done a good job. Combined with a wide tyre selection and competitive pricing, I highly recommend.

Booked in my car for 2 new front tyres and wheel alignment. Arrived for the 10am booking, but I waited over an hour only to be told that the alignment lasers weren't working due to the cold. I don't blame the staff for this at all, as this wasn't their fault, but it meant that I'd either have to wait longer or come back another day.
Chose to rebook and brought my car back 2 days later. I was told there was 1 car ahead of mine and that they'd ring me when mine was done, but after going for a wander nearby and no phone call after 1 hour and 50 minutes, I decided to head back and see what was going on. As I approached I realised my car hadn't even moved and this was confirmed when the manager followed me into the office to pick up my keys. He apologised that my car wasn't done and that it wouldn't be long. I waited over 2 hours for a wheel alignment that only took 10 minutes. There may have been issues with the car before mine that I wasn't made aware of but the 2 occasions I've now had that took a lot longer than expected, makes it difficult to give a positive review. This wasn't helped when, a few days later, I found the front tyres had 40 psi in them, when they should have had 32. Staff were friendly but the whole experience took a lot longer than expected and a quick call to explain the delays would have been appreciated.
Total utter useless bunch the poor guy didn’t know I was booked in my time slot. They couldn’t find my tyres. Wasted my time by sitting around for an hour and half. Won’t be using them.
Easy to book online for correct tyres and a suitable appointment to put them on the car .
Staff very pleasant and fitting amazingly quick so thank you justtyres at Cambridge for superb service. I will recommend you to friends and family.
