Was in the reception room for 30 minutes and had no acknowledgment after booking a appointment so I left

Everyone was really helpful and answered long my question, I dealt with Connor who was an absolute legend. Would definitely recommend just tyres in Crawley and will definitely be coming back when I need the back tyres done

Went to your local depot to have my battery tested and your man, who was very helpful by the way, told me the equipment they use to do the testing was broken. He said he had reported it to head office who should have informed mw and saved me wasting my time but didn't.

I was having a tyre replaced and there was an issue with removing the pressure indicator on the valve. The guy who was working on the job went out of his way to carefully remove the indicator which had seized on the valve. Very helpful service!

Really prompt booking, friendly staff, flexibility around some issues that arose on the day, and great communication and good humour all the way through the fitting.

Price for 2 new tyres was competitive.
However, within 5 minutes of commencing fitting the technician came in and claimed my tracking needed adjusting, which was a cost option. I'd checked the 7-year old tyres prior to taking the car in and there was no uneven wear visible, nor any vibration or wobble, so I declined. On completion I went into the garage and asked to see the old tyres but was told they'd already been thrown away, which they hadn't, I could see them behind the technician. I then inspected the old tyres and found the wear pattern was entirely consistent and normal.
Additionally, I had no wheel vibration prior to, or on the journey to have the tyres changed, but do since the new tyres were fitted, albeit minor.
I have no issues with the price of the new tyres but less impressed by the attempt to charge for work that was highly unlikely to have been required at the time.

The staff at the crawley branch were very helpful and professional great job well done.

Very reliable and good price. It was a shame I had to wait an hour and a half, due to staff shortages, even though my appointment was pre booked. Felt sorry for the 2 guys working last Saturday, as they were under so much pressure, but we're apologetic about the wait

The team on the ground are amazing. But the head office and those incharge of purchasing are not. Twice now, ive purchased tyres online and twice they have not been delivered on time. Both times i have given ample time.for them to arrange for tyres to be delivered to the depot of my choosing and both times they have not been delivered on the date requested. I have also been booked for 1930pm when they shut at 1700pm! When my text said I was booked in for midday, the time I chose! Like I said, the ground team are great! Helpful, understanding when things go wrong...it's just those above them

The guy in charge seems rude and unprofessional, He stained my seat with his greasy clothes and when I told him to use a seat cover he just ignored me. The valve cover for the front tyre was not replaced. I'm not happy about the service because it is disappointing when a friend recommended me.
