Appointment time doesnt matter
Not sure why I bothered booking. Booked in for 9.30, arrived at 9.25. Car eventually looked at 10.15.
Given the many other competitors in Daventry, for this reason alone I would use again.

Tyres not available at appointment had…
Tyres not available at appointment had to return the next day, A call to say tyres not arrived would have been good and saved a wasted journey.
Once fitted one tyre deflated. The fitter had failed to spot the two, very noticeable, dents in the rim. £65 to have the rim straightened.

Booking online was great
Booking online was great, the guys were great, though unfortunately one man down due a member of staff being off sick. This meant they were running late, but they did advise this and give options to leave the vehicle wi the them as soon as I arrived. They worked really hard and were communicating and polite all the time. The only reason I haven’t give 5 stars is that I had tyre pressure warnings the following day.

4 tyres were ordered online and available for fitting within 24hours.
The appointed fitting time was selected and fulfilled within 5 minutes of the allotted time.
The discount offered was also honoured.
