Poor customer service
Have used this centre for few years, there was new staff this time, Related to Harrogate branch, 5 customer arrived after me and all of them were served before me, although they started my job straight away but finished 2 other tyres changes and a puncture job before me although they all came after me, took almost an hour just to replace one tyre

Excellent from start to finish
Fitted 5 new tyres which were ordered online to some old 1970s wheels. Took great care and I was very happy with their service. One wheel was quite pitted and the new tyre was flat the following day. They were happy to remove the tyre and then refit it a few days later once I had cleaned up the wheel and repainted it. First class service from Harrogate branch.

Tyres booked at Harrogate through Asda tyres. Arrived to no idea/clue despite fitting time and date. Time booked off work etc. QR codes to review out of date in branch. Can do better.

When I arrived for my tire change, only three of the four tires I ordered were in stock, so my replacement was delayed by a day. Regardless, I'm satisfied and would always recommend this company.

VERY GOOD SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF
I bought the tyres online and booked an appointment which was all very easy to do. The tyres were ready and waiting on time and were fitted within half an hour, all good. There was an issue with the tyre pressure on one tyre when I got home so I called and they said to come back in and it was all sorted in a matter of minutes. Really friendly and professional service, would have no problem in recommending them.

Double-check all the tire specifications. You might even consider calling if necessary, as they won't accept typos on their website and claim it's my fault.
