Very fast and efficient service
Very fast and efficient service, no waiting, I was dealt with immediately on arrival.
Friendly staff who did the work quickly but with care.

Not happy.
First of all, customer service needs work. Spending £600 in one visit id at least like to feel welcome, i felt like id inconvenienced the lead gentleman by just turning up (a planned pre-booked visit).
My wheels also incurred significant damage through lack of care/lack of up to date practices, instead of using a caramel wheel to remove old weight residue- a scourer or similar must of been used as now all 4 rims are scuffed and scratched over at least 1 quarter of the wheel in a very visible location on the inner rim.(pictures to prove)
I dread taking my vehicles to tyre shops and this only proves why.
I should probably say though, one young gentleman was politer and actually seemed interested in a vehicle they wouldn't see everyday.

Cheaper than other quotes in town and…
Cheaper than other quotes in town and they had the tyres in stock when I needed them.
Two tyres changed and balanced in quick time, inline booking process straightforward and easy to use.

Disgusting level of customer service
Got there and was immediately treated very standoffish and was told they had another booking so couldn't see me. Was treated as if I had done something wrong, when the issue was there booking system was broken. Very rude, extremely unhelpful and poorest customer service I think I have ever experienced. Not sure how a simple tyre repair booking became such an issue, but I know to avoid this place at all cost. I ended up booking in a Kwik fit appointment who could see me immediately, which cost only a little bit more but we're so helpful and didn't get treated like a problem as opposed to a paying customer!

We have purchased tyres from Just Tyres…
We have purchased tyres from Just Tyres in High Wycombe on several occasions, plus having a tyre reseated at short notice to enable us to go away. The service given has been first class every time. I cannot fault them and Alan in particular has been extremely helpful at each visit. We highly recommend them.
