The team were honest , even before I bought my tyres , about the nail and the puncture I had. Best check before turning up for fitting if you have a specific brand preference
I ordered tyres online and booked to have them fitted. I was contacted immediately to advise there would be a delay in delivery so re-booked the fitting. When I arrived I was told that the tyres I had ordered had not been delivered but that alternatives were available. This issue had been arranged between the fitting branch and head office. I was content with this as I had no preference as to tyre brand but they did have all my details had they thought to call, text or email me concerning the change. I am pleased with the tyres, the fitting service and the cost.
