Bad service not admitted for breaking my wheel
4 tyres were replaced and one of the wheel had been damaged by the repair and caused the tyre to deflat abnormally just after 1 week and I went back to the shop and as the tyre was damaged, they said they would not able to tell what’s wrong with it and asked me to pay another new tyre to put on the wheels. This I have paid 5 tyres altogether. But within a couple of day, that new tyre were deflated again and I went to my local garage to get it check and were told the wheel were damaged during the replacement as I just done the mot before the replacement of tyre and nothing wrong with my previous tyre and wheels, I have to get another wheel to get it in my car for my daily use and got the original one to repair which caused me another £200 for this. The shop was very irresponsible and unprofessional and denied for the damage caused. It had been ongoing for 2 months and still unresolved. Never ever would go back to the shop again!

Quick and efficient fitting
Quick and efficient fitting. The original tyres which were delivered to the store had the wrong speed rating (don't trust the internet), but they spotted the error and arranged for the correct ones to be delivered.

Ordered 4 new tyres and Pro wheel…
Ordered 4 new tyres and Pro wheel alignment online. Had the tyres fitted but no wheel alignment printout. Was told by the branch that they do not have equipment to do that but still going to charge me for it. Good job I was aware, but they still only offered to knock off £10 of the £55 charge... False advertising ...

Online booking and great service
Online booking system easy to use. Arrived 5 mins early and was in on time. They were able to repair rather than replace and refunded the difference.
