Woodley shop needs a good cleaner to…
Woodley shop needs a good cleaner to sort out the Reception area - it’s filthy. Staff need some advice on customer service - I didn’t need to be told the Technician didn’t want to be there as he was ill then sneezing without covering face whilst in the Reception area.

It was ok, needs doing up and customer service training
I wasn’t impressed to be met by someone with a cigarette in his hand which he continued to smoke whilst talking to me.
Taking was difficult it was more of a grunt than a conversation, wasn’t made to feel welcome
The place was scruffy, untidy and looked derelict from the outside. The front door was smashed and it wasn’t clear how to get to reception so I walked through the garage whilst cars were up on jacks which didn’t feel safe
Service however was quick and I got a phone call to say wheels needed aligning although seemed steep for 5 minutes extra work, nice work if you can get it

To be fair I have used Just Tyres previously and always had great service. The guys working were cheerful, welcoming and just got on with the work in hand. Offering advice as needed. A pretty relaxed environment.

What no tyres!!!
Firstly on the day of my fitting tyres didnt arrive,next morning emailed just tyres replies were quick and informative but only after i emailed them was i told they werent coming refund was quick more peeved by having to e mail them rather than a courtesy message saying this ,in all fairness staff at depot and customer services were friendly enough ,ended up elsewhere

Locking wheel nut was damaged sp went over and beond to remove it without a removal kit .
