These guys ALWAYS go the extra mile to deliver. Went today with a slow puncture, transpired that it was a cracked wheel but still came up with a solution. Top service!

I purchased 2 premium tyres via the internet and booked an appointment at my local branch. I had a tracking check after fittment and the alignment of the FOS wheel was adjusted, even though the old tyres had worn evenly. Over the next couple of days use, the steering didnt feel right and I constantly needed to compensate with a bit of left hand down. I took the car to another tyre depot, which I knew had a state of the art alignment system. The tracking was found to be wrong and the same FOS wheel had to be adjusted again to sort it out. Car feels good now. Disappointing, won't be using them again.

Took two days after agreed appointment to get the tyres and the online form wouldn't accept the discount code on the checkout page either. Not really much of an apology .
