Had two front tyres fitted with just tyres Wakefield. appointment time was 16.00 pm both tyres was fitted and ballanced in a short time and back on my car in know time and don in a very professional manner .

Fantastic service
The process was so easy from beginning to end.
Arranged through your website, I visited the Wakefield branch for 2 tyres to be fitted at 1pm on 18 February.
The guys in the garage were friendly, polite and professional.

AVOID - timewaster trying to upsell for no valid reason
Rang ahead to advise of slow puncture due to nail in tread and wanted a patch or plug, advised no problem.
Pulled into bay barely looked at tyre and advised he wouldn't repair as tyre tread was insufficient. Told him there was 3mm left on all the main treads and legal requirement is 1.6mm. He then said the law changed April 2025, but couldn't confirm what changed. Tried to tell me the outer water treads were too low but couldn't advise the minimum depth of those either. Then he tried to explain because it was a heavy EV the tyres were illegal!

System mixup but no problem
Even tho there was a mixup on the system it was swiftly resolved and job got carried out with no issue . Highly recommended

Tyre fitting
The price of the tyres was great compared with those in Essex. It was also great I could be fitted in before my appointment time however the booking email said it would take 30 minutes which was a complete misleading statement. It took about 1hr 20 minutes to complete all 4 tyres.

If I could give 0 I would had three tyres fitted fine wheel vibration checked tyre pressure all different 44 and 37 front 27 and 35 back should be 31 all round when I went to ask why it seems this manager thinks this is ok to let cars out like this I have read reviews about him he won’t admit he’s wrong his party peace is to accuse you of being aggressive then walks away I’m not the only one he’s done this too all you want is an apology ok till something goes wrong

Making an online appointment made easier for choosing tyres of my choosing was good, instead of trawling through websites for the correct Tyres.
