Booked online on the Friday 20th Feb for fitting on sat 21st Feb.
When i arrived I was told the tyres were not there yet and I had to come back mon.
Rebooked in store for the Thursday.
I was happy with the young gentleman that fitted my tyres but not the online booking system for messing me about .

I visited for two new tyres. Which were fitted quickly, and the price wasn't too bad, so no issues.
But I had a free brake check, and was told I needed discs and pads all the way round! My van was in for it's MOT the very next week at my usual garage, and they told me it would be at least another year or so until I needed any work done on the brakes, and then it would only be pads all way round, and discs on the back only! So I'm disappointed I've been told to spend money I don't need to spend. I will certainly return for tyres though if needed.

Brad was great. The service was prompt and timely.

I ordered my tyres and tracking online, got a good price and a discount as well. Booked an appointment to suit me and the service I received at the Worksop branch was very good.

Daughter took car to inspect leaking rear tyre 1 week after MOT. Advised that valve leaking and couldn’t change valve without changing tyre as it was illegal ?? Just passed MOT !!

Further more all 4 tyres need changing ?

Paid £129 for tyre and £25 for valve !

All other valves checked and ok

I checked on Asda Tyres for the 3 others and price was only £82 ! Why was my daughter charged £129 ??

Booked to have 3 tyres replaced and when turned up the front tyres were removed and wait for it ….. couldn’t change tyres unless leaking valves replaced ???

Now it seems kinda odd to me that 1 week after an MOT and very little travel all 4 tyres needed replaced and leaking valves could not be replaced with paying £129 for a tyre that retails at £82 !!

THEN when other tyres booked in days later the valves which were previously fine now leaking despite no warning light coming on in car ??

This sounds like one massive con !

went to get tyres fitted - no balancing available - advised needed 2 rear tyres - ordered them online & paid + booked appt for fri 2 jan 5pm- got there, went for a coffee, came back 45 mins later to be told the tyres hadnt arrived & they would ring when they came in to come back again- still waiting for the phone call 6 days later .......

Thought everything was good. However realised a couple of weeks later that they hadn't replaced the dust covers on the front passenger wheel nuts. Then saw that after 5 weeks the locking wheel nut had come out. I would think these would be basic things that should be done correctly. Now need to spend money sorting this out.

I normally don’t like to write negative reviews and did not intend to write one at the time. However, several months have passed since our experience at Just Tyres (Unit 1, Vesuvius, Spinella Road, Worksop), and I feel compelled to write this now because the incident caused genuine emotional distress and trauma for my wife. Even today, whenever she passes this place, it brings back how upsetting that experience was for her.

I ordered tyres online through Asda Tyres, which were delivered to Just Tyres for fitting—a service I had already paid for. When my wife went to have them fitted, the staff refused to install them, wrongly claiming the tyres were unsafe because they did not have “Extra Load” written on them. Our car is a Mercedes B-Class, and I later confirmed with both Mercedes and an independent tyre specialist that Extra Load tyres are not required.

Instead of helping, the staff pressured my wife to buy a more expensive set of tyres (over £250 for two tyres). Even after she showed them the correct specifications from the car manual, they still refused. They initially refused to refit the old tyre, saying she could not drive with a child in the car on a “bad tyre.” Only when she said she would leave the car there and have me deal with it did they agree—but not before forcing her to sign a waiver.

To make matters worse, when my wife drove away, the tyre pressure sensor stopped working on the wheel they had removed. At another garage, we later discovered that the sensor had been broken by Just Tyres staff.
Because of this incident, I had to order the exact same tyres again through Asda Tyres and choose a different fitting garage, where they were fitted without any issues, confirming that Just Tyres’ refusal was completely unjustified.

This was not just poor service—it was manipulative, intimidating, and deeply unprofessional, particularly given that my wife was alone with our child at the time. The fact that this experience continues to affect her months later speaks volumes.

I wish I did not have to write this review, but I feel it is important to share our experience so others are aware. Avoid this branch.

Tyres were a very competitive price. Nice friendly staff.

Second time visiting , again easy ordering and speedy appt. At garage fitter did job quickly and efficiently (4 tyres & tracking). Very happy with all aspects of buying and getting tyres fitted.

I had a long wait despite making an appointment.
I enquired about having a puncture repaired. The member of staff showed me some ‘cuts’ in the thickest part of the tyre tread and said I needed to have both rear tyres replaced. Having worked in the motor trade for 40 years I knew that this was not the case - he was pointing out the moulding pattern on the tyre, also present on the new front tyres of the same make! More training required! Puncture successfully repaired elsewhere. I shall not use this company again.

Quick efficient service. Arrived early. Did not have to wait to put new tyre onto van. Excellent service. Well done chaps. You dont get service like this often. Used National Tyres previously a couple of times, but service is very poor.

Can't fault the lads there. Just took a little longer than I expexted but they had a walk in which was proving a little difficult. Overall a decent experience though

I arrived at 08:23 for a 08:30 fitting, dropped my keys off with a colleague, was told it would be an hour so I went for a coffee at a local coffee shop. After returning to pick my car up and hour later, I was told that my car keys were with a colleague who was on his way to another location to drop off a piece of kit. Not a massive problem as the person who had my car keys would be coming back, it would take half an hour. I noticed that not only had they taken my keys off site, my car was not locked and the only person other than me was busy fitting tyres. Apparently, the colleague with my car keys was told not to bring them back immediately by a Divisional Manager, not especially good customer service from a member of management. Let's not get me started on a company whose policy is to leave a colleague working on their own for over two and a half hours - might not mean much to people who just want their tyres swapping but it does in my line of work. I finally got my car keys back at 12:03 (2 hours and 33 minutes after I expected them) which gave me plenty of time to write this review and watch to make sure my car or anything in the car not to be stolen. A point made to the colleague who shrugged and said the was no way anything would have been stolen. Poor is the word I am looking for
