Don't buy anything from here, especially a warranty. They making a lot of money from warranty but you don’t get anything!!!
JW Autos sold me an overpriced £1,000
extended warranty - around three times the price listed on the Warranties2000 website.
After I wrote this review, their manager, 1nese, personally promised to take full responsibility, saying they would either refund the full warranty cost so I could handle the repair myself, or help me deal with the warranty company to get the repair covered. I trusted these promises and followed up multiple times, but after months of ignored emails and visits, nothing was done. No refund, no support, and no resolution was provided.
I am now preparing a formal complaint to the Motor Ombudsman. This experience clearly shows how JW Autos mis-sold the warranty and failed entirely to support their customers.

Don't Buy the Warranty
We bought the car back in June and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The problem is they sold us a warranty which isn't worth the paper it's written on as it doesn't cover wear and tear which I found out after trying to make a claim. We're now £800 out of pocket thanks to this useless product.

Everyone was very kind, polite, welcoming and super helpful! This was my first time buying a car for myself and everything was explained in great detail to make this process easy and understandable. The sales aspect of it was not pushy and they wanted to hear and understand what I was looking for, meaning they helped find the perfect car for me.

Really happy with the service received from this company. From the initial introductions, through to the sale of the car, the staff members were professional and polite. They were also extremely patient with me! The showroom was welcoming and clean, and the car was exactly as described on the advert with no hidden issues. Collection was really easy, and all transfer paperwork was completed for me which was a bonus. Would recommend.

I was treated so well from the moment I walked in the door with the receptionis, who made me a lovely hot latte. Louie was brilliant, warm and friendly, definitely an asset to the firm and no pressure at all placed on me to buy. Lilly was fantastic because she could sign in BSL, another great asset to the team. Found my perfect car!
Got my car from these guys on Saturday, was a really lovely place
Great service from start to finish and after looking at a few cars I found the perfect one. Nice and easy to test drive, and within 2 hours of arriving I was driving it home.
Couldn’t recommend enough!!
