I bought a Lat Pulldown machine from this company and was dissapointed. Missing parts, wrong parts redelivered, poles of machine not the normal 5cm thickness but thinner, sliding cables at the end of every cable using cable squeezers, especially with heavy weights, risky and dangerous, holes of bar knee support too small so you can't put the pin in to hold the bar, you need to drill holes bigger, stickers that you have to put on yourself won't hold but come of constantly, original foam rollers for knee support way too small to get your knees under, no sleeves for olympic plates, so only 1 inch hole plates can be used, weight plate pins are not even 1 inch but thinner. The machine is sturdy but all in all, not worth paying so much money for it and it needs DIY to get it better.

The equipment is outstanding

Excellent service start to finish. Once the product (a power rack) arrived it was well built and easy to put together.

Exactly what I wanted a pull up bar where I can’t touch the floor.

The customer service team were particularly helpful when it comes to the delivery timescales as I was concerned that the item might not be delivered in time.

Great pull up bar and great customer service thanks

Frame quality is good however the black plastic clips on the single seated swing snapped after 3 days usage.

I paid £18 for delivery, the company gave me a time on the day of delivery which was between 12.30 to 14.30, then cancelled the delivery at 1.30pm for unknown reasons, and haven't gotten back to me since with any updates.

Ordered the double swing set an was very happy with my purchase.
To start delivery was very fast and my swing turned up very well packaged, the swing went together very easily thanks to the easy to use instructions and took just under 2 house on my own. After I'd finished I stood back and looked it all over and was very pleased with the finished product. My 3 year old absolutely loves the net swing and is learning to use the big swing. Thank you k-sport for a beautiful well made and super strong swing. My wife even swings on it tho not sure of the weight limits, tho it looks stronger than any other swing I've seen.

I built the swing frame with no issues. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. However where the swing attached to the frame the plastic fitting broke and it resulted in my daughter falling off the swing banging her head (resulting in a lump) and also straining her neck. Pictures on-line and in the instructions (in the swing bag) show a metal "O" ring but in reality it was a plastic fixture which is not fit for purpose. I suggested a recall of the affected swings with this plastic fixture but as yet no confirmation from the supplier.

**We have since come to an agreement with K-Sport and this has been resolved.

The quality on the fixings was not good and the instructions were awful, theres still a part that is listed on the parts for the pull up bar but never mentioned on the installation instructions, i have no idea what it does or where it goes
