I ordered equipment from K-Sport, and unfortunately, it arrived incomplete. Several essential parts were missing, mainly screws and components needed to assemble the product. After contacting their customer service, they promptly sent out the missing parts, which arrived without further issues.

While the initial inconvenience was frustrating, I appreciate their quick response and resolution. It would be great if they could improve their packaging or quality control to avoid such problems in the future. Overall, good service, but the experience could have been smoother.

Still waiting for my delivery, iv paid for it but still havnt received it

Can’t get in contact as nothing on website. I bought a pull up bar for the garden and because there is no spacer or cushion the two bits of metal rock backwards and forwards making the bar feel unsafe.

I would love someone to read this and contact me with a solution.

Good quality, good design

Bought the self standing pull up bar, easy to set up, it's been about a week since I've been using it, it's a solid good quality product.

It just could be more sturdy, if I get it to the highest the legs should be longer

The instructions manual is very limited- I struggled understanding how to fit the dip bars and where to screw them into

I purchased a dip station and pull up bar. The pull up bar is very shakey, not worth the hassle or money to install.

Piece missing. Tried calling tried email and still no response

I ordered a lat pulldown & weights. I have the weights but no lat pulldown. I have contacted K-Sport by their chat feature, always offline, email, got an ambiguous reply eventually and phone, promises were made but still no lat pulldown. There is now silence and I don’t have the goods I paid for. I’m not impressed & hope this situation is resolved very quickly.

After chasing the situation I finally received the goods I ordered. Unfortunately, there were some parts missing as the bag they were in had split & the outer packaging was not secure. I reported the issue and received the missing items a few days later.

The quality of the lat pulldown and the weights are good. However, I have yet to use them as I need to find someone to secure the equipment to the wall.

This item is just as described and in my opinion excellent value compared to similar items in the same price range, extremely quick delivery was also a welcomed bonus, thank you.

metal on pull up bar isnt very grippy and also bar is too thin

I've had K Sport equipment in daily use by multiple people in my home gym for close to 3 years, in that time I've only had to replace 1 cable. It's sturdy, rugged and well built, at an affordable price, highly recommended !
