I started the AI/ML Job-Oriented Program with K21Academy about a month ago, and so far, my experience has been very positive. The live classes are engaging and well-structured, and the support team is incredibly prompt at responding to any queries. While it is still a bit too early to give a full 5-star rating since I'm only a month in, I am highly satisfied with the program's direction and momentum so far!

Very pleased with K21 Academy thus far. The instructor of the Agentic AI Mastery program is very knowledgeable of the subject matter and a very good communicator of that knowledge. The team in the Interview/Job Preparation area are extremely helpful in assisting with resume modification, Linkedin profile optimization, and job application preparation. The K21 support team is also very helpful in responding quickly to all questions and issues. I highly recommend K21 Academy.

The instructor did a great job of breaking down the basic information in this Introductory Course on Azure Cloud Computing.

He makes sure you know the key concepts required for a basic understanding of material. He also makes sure you know what is important.

I walked away with a clear understanding of the definition of Cloud Computing, the various Deployment Models and associated with Cloud Services common to the various Cloud Vendors.

The instructor also did a great job presenting the material based on his technical knowledge and from his previous experience. He took the time to engage interaction with the class by asking them questions throughout the presentation.

He provided a structured method of presenting the material in each section and allowed for Q & A time at appropriate points and at the end of the class.

I felt that support was always available to me via the Portal and when I had questions specific to my situation, the email group provided was helpful in resolving my questions or concerns within 24 hours.

Overall, I give this course high marks.

My experience with K21Academy has been very positive. I enrolled to strengthen my AWS, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI skills, and the program has provided a strong mix of structured learning, hands-on labs, real-world examples, and career-focused guidance.

What I appreciate most is that the training is not only focused on certification. The instructors emphasize practical skills, architecture thinking, labs, project work, and how to apply the concepts in real job scenarios. Topics like AWS AI/ML services, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, foundation models, and enterprise AI architecture have been explained in a way that connects technical concepts to real business use cases.

I enjoyed the Agetic AI program as a good learning experience. Lab sessions were well organized, and Trainer "Prashant Sahoo" explained all the points in detailed level in easy to understand manner.
I could complete all lab sessions by my own and MCP client/ server application deployment on EC2 instance was most excited part.

I have been part of few training programs by K21Academy and honestly they are doing justice with what they are offering. They have a detailed program structure, they have professional trainers and their support system is excellent. On top of it the learning portal they have SKOOL is the real differentiater. I would recommend K21Academy to all the serious learners who want to upskill themselves in the emerging technologies. Good Job K21.

False Advertising, Misleading Marketing, $1500 Not Refunded

It is deeply ironic that K21 Academy heavily promotes stories of candidates landing jobs paying between $100,000–$250,000, "AI" changing the world and job market while at the same time refusing to properly address or return a disputed $1,500 payment despite repeated follow-ups.

The marketing creates a strong sense of urgency and FOMO, especially targeting people trying to transition into tech careers. However, my experience after payment was completely different from what was advertised.

What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability when I requested a refund. Instead of transparent resolution, there was deflection and constant perusal to continue the class.

That contradiction speaks volumes about the company’s accountability, priorities and integrity.

Lesson learned the hard way: $1,500 paid for 6 classes all while asking them for a refund since the beginning.

This company is registered in UK ( no office though) but operates remotely from India while marketing aggressively to people around the world, especially non-IT professionals and career changers willing to invest substantial money in hopes of building a better future. Be careful, despite multiple follow ups, they did not return my hard earned money. Therefore, I asked them to retain my $1500 and consider it as a contribution to their business.

I am currently taking training with K21Academy, and my experience has been excellent so far. The trainer is very knowledgeable, professional, and explains the topics clearly with practical examples.

The training materials are well organized, easy to follow, and very helpful for learning. I also appreciate the support from the other staff members, who are friendly, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the training experience and would highly recommend k21 academy to anyone looking for quality training and strong support.

I have been enjoying my journey with K21 academy so far. I am a beginner on course for being an expert in Claude AI/ML course and various aspects underneath. Our trainer Sanjay has been marvelous in conducting a very structured course so beginners like me can follow easily. He delivers the subject in ways that keeps things exciting while we are absorbing a lot of new content.
I also had a roadmap discussion with Sahid today and it was an amazing moment of enlightenment for me! I was encouraged to see different prospects and avenues that I can master without getting overwhelmed.
