Hidden Fees and Zero Accountability

I had a very frustrating experience with this site. At first, everything seemed straightforward, but after placing my order, things quickly went downhill. I was promised fast processing, yet there were constant delays and poor communication.

What really raised red flags was being asked to pay unexpected extra charges after the order was already placed. This matches other complaints I’ve seen, where customers were pushed to pay additional “fees” just to continue the process . It felt misleading and unprofessional.

Customer support was unhelpful and avoided giving clear answers. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept shifting responsibility and offering excuses. At no point did I feel like my concerns were taken seriously.

Overall, this experience felt unreliable and stressful. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company.

WORD OF ADVICE, ALWAYS CHECK THE COMPANY TO SEE IF ITS LEGIT BEFORE BUYING / SENDING ANY MONEY . I LEARNED THE HARD WAY MYSELF! READ REVIEWS AND GOOGLE COMPANY OR WEBSITE TO SEE IF ITS LEGIT!

Scammers they take your money and don't deliver

I ordered more than $200 cash app payment paid for overnight shipping and never received anything. I emailed copy of transaction complete tried calling and never responded. I tracked my order and still says pending as of today. I requested my money back and they just declined the request. They are nothing but scammers

I got hit for 400.00 do not order from k2spicestore.com and no shipping is not a flat rate they will continue asking for money for customs or other fees and never send the product. They will put your name and address on a package and take a pic of it with false tracking info. Never pay anyone cash, Zelle, or bitcoin it’s all a scam!!!!!

These people are a SCAM don’t order…

These people are a SCAM don’t order from them i spent $160 for overnight shipment then they text back saying i gotta spend a extra $150 for a discreet shipping. And on top of that was texting my phone basically saying they took my $160 and don’t care ! Shop with Mrspice is definitely legit !

I ordered and payed overnight shipping but my package hasn’t arrived. It has been a week already. Im very relieved it was only for 75$ It could’ve easily been a big loss for me. I am definitely not expecting it. 50$ for an overnight shipment! Smfh and still no delivery don’t get scammed!
