My dog had his first training session with Rob yesterday. Rupert pulls so badly he has had myself and my husband over numerous times. He’s 47kgs. Did our first walk this morning doing everything Rob taught us and I can honestly say it was the best walk ever! He was perfect and he had lots of distractions! It was actually a pleasure walking him. We can’t thank Rob enough

I’ve had two lessons now with Rob and he is a miracle worker!

Rob explains clearly what he wants from owner and dog, inspiring confidence in both. After just one session my reactive dog was walking up and down in front of Rob’s rotweiler and ignoring him. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The progress Rob has made with our German Shepherd in four lessons is incredible.

We have tried quite a few different things to train our spaniel but these guys have made a huge difference in just a few sessions, the results get better each week and I’ve even had support from them between sessions when I struggled with him. Definitely recommend!

I'm so pleased I took the plunge to find a dog trainer and found Rob. We've only had one session, but already there are signs of improvement. I'm very hopeful for the future and look forward to our next session.

Rob was amazing how he introduced our dog to another. His instructions were clear and precise. We are putting things he told us into practice and they are working okay for us most of the time.
We will go back for more sessions with Rob as we are funding his advice beneficial.

We have had 4 sessions with rob now and 1 pack walk.
My doberman has gone from needing to br walked on a prong collar and reacting to other dogs and pulling me to walking on a collar and lead loosely by my side and the difference is phenomenal.

The pack walk was also so well run and a great morning!

Another 1:1 session with Rob on Tuesday. It was SO useful and I learnt a lot about how to manage my reactive dog and understand why he behaves as he does. Rob is extremely understanding, easy to talk to and very empathetic with the dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend K9 control to anyone having problems with their dog.

I attended my first session this week to address my dogs reactivity with people/dogs. I have been to other trainers and even vet behaviourist to address this and only seen small improvements. Within 20 minutes I was walking my dog in close proximity to Rob's dogs...nothing short of a miracle.
Today I did a training walk as suggested by Rob, with zero reaction from my boy. This afternoon attended my 'normal gun dog class which is in an environment full of dogs and dog walkers....and is usually a tough environment for my boy...he wasn't perfect but he far less reactive than in previously weeks.
We are very early on our journey with Rob but for the first time in 2.5 years I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
If you have only been seeking out help from positive reinforcement trainers and have not seen results, please try Rob...I am sure he will be able to give you results

I attended my first pack walk on Sunday 21st July with my reactive Labrador. Although I was apprehensive as to how he would react to training and walking with so many other dogs of all shapes and sizes, it was a fantastic experience. The time was very well organised and, as well as being fun, it was a great learning experience for us both. Will definitely be attending more. Highly recommend

Rob and the team have changed our lives. Roxy was 18 months old when we got her around a year and a half ago and had both dog and people rectivity triggered by fear. I was at my wits end with her as walks were a nightmare, none of the training we had done previously made any real difference and I didn't want to leave the house with her for fear of running into another dog or her lunging at someone.
In under 2 months we have got to a point where we have a calmer, happier and more confident dog. She can be around other dogs without going ballistic, we can walk with other dogs, she is no longer people reactive and we now have the tools in our arsenal to deal with any reactivity she does still show.
Rob and the guys are all so supportive, as is the community they have developed, and we really appreciate everything they have done to help us and Roxy.
I can highly recommend K9 Control to anyone whose dog has behavioural issues. They tailor their training to suit each individual dog and provide all the support and guidance you need to bring out the best in your furry friend.

Can not reccomend Rob and his team enough. Our anxious 7 month year old german shepherd Ned has recently started being very distracted and reactive when he sees other dogs and generally pulling on the lead making walks stressful for Ned and us. We had lost confidence and felt at a loss in how to manage this. We went for Neds first session with Rob today and we were absolutely amazed that by the end of 1 session Rob and his team had Ned walking right beside us, zero barking and undistracted by other dogs. Rob and his team were caring, extremely knowledgable and explained things in a really understandable way. We are looking forward to more 1 to 1 sessions and pack walks. Thanks so much Rob and team, we feel much more confident after one session in helping Ned to become a confident, happy and well behaved pup 🐶

Highly recommend Rob and K9 control had an incredible experience with K9 Control Dog Training. The trainer was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also very patient and kind with not only us but my boys. The training methods were effective and tailored to suit each of my dog's needs perfectly, he even picked up on things our vet missed!

By the time I had found Rob and Tim at K9 I was in desperate need of some help with my 2 reactive dogs.They had been very reactive for a long time.Straight away I was told they could cure them in 2 visits.I wasn't so sure but within half an hour they were walking between 2 German shepherd's in silence.I couldn't believe the change in their behaviour after the first lesson.Its hard to find a decent dog trainer,belive me I rang a few but didn't feel they would be any good after speaking to them on the phone.If you want quick results,no nonsense and complete confidence in a trainer who won't rip you off ,you absolutely need to go to K9 tadley.

These guys are amazing, we're two sessions in and today took our 5mth old Great Dane on a pack walk with approx 40 other dogs. This would never have happened two weeks ago. The techniques are brilliant and without causing distress to the dog or owner. Always positive and we can't wait to see what's ahead for our girl as she progresses. Thanks to Rob and the team.

Since my dog turned one year old everyday life took a turn in the wrong direction , I lost confidence, my dog lost confidence in me and I found myself hiding in any place possible to get away from other dogs and strangers because my boy would just fly at them . Life was honestly miserable for us both , then it got so bad that I reached out to Rob at K9Control and asked for help . And help is what we got !!!! Rob and Tim have taught me how to read my dog and have taught my dog how to trust my judgement. Walks are unbelievably better !! They understand my worries and my background and have helped us so much , I honestly dread to think where we’d be now without them !!! Absolutely the best thing I’ve done, we have a 3yr old rescue who is human and dog reactive he went for his initial assessment today, after lots of noise and resistance to begin with we have already seen the changes for the better and can’t wait to book the next session!
