If I can give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. I am a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years and I have been using virgin human hair way before it become popular. I decided to give this company a try after the company I normally buy hair from did not hair my hair in stock and base on a suggestion from a family friend(who is like a sister to me). This company was great with communication before I purchase hair from them. The hair arrived and I cleaned the hair like I do all my hairs I purchased. Keep in mind I have documented medical conditions, so I can only use all natural products. I even have to use an app to make sure the products I use are safe. Installed the hair and within a few hours I noticed tangling. I applied more product thinking maybe I did not use enough products. No, it was the hair. No way this is virgin human hair.
No matter what I did to the hair it will looks dry and tangles. The only time this hair is manageable is went it is wet. Whatever the material is they use, I can tell you it is not human hair. I have virgin human hair from 5 years ago and the quality it still better then kBL hair.
I tried contacting them, of course they blamed me for the issues. I explained I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been using virgin hair for over 20 years. This hair is bad. Then the silence. I am out over 300 dollars. Do not buy from this company unless you are okay with synthetic hair.
They had the audacity to contact after refusing to take care of the nasty hair they sold me. Asking if I will like to buy hair from them during their Mother's day sale. Absolutely not. What I will do is review everywhere so no one else get scam.

I ordered 3 bundles of white label hair from KBL Hair. What I received was not what was advertised online.

The wefts were very small and thin, to the point where three bundles were not enough for a full install. I had to use two additional bundles just to complete a full head of hair, which was not expected based on how the product is marketed.

Once installed, the hair caused severe scalp irritation. My scalp was burning and itching badly. My stylist had to wash the hair with apple cider vinegar, and a white film residue filled the sink during the wash. After this treatment, the itching improved, but that should not be necessary for “white label” hair.

Thankfully, I had older bundles from another brand to finish the install. If I didn’t, the style would have been incomplete.

Overall, the quality, quantity, and condition of the hair did not match the description, and the irritation was unacceptable. I would not repurchase.

Hair not as advertised and horrible customer service. As a salon owner I would not recommend this vendor

Good communication with the team from KBL hair and they delivered they posted the hair quickly.

I have been ordering hair from KBL for about 12 years in bulk and this most recent order the quality is so poor especially for the price. The HD Coko sure advertised is not in fact HD the hair is very frizzy.

The weft is also not as thick as it used to be and you therefore need more than 3-4 bundles to make a wig. Truly disappointing especially as they used to have high standards.

I’m not sure of the last review, I’ve been purchasing hair from them since about 7 years now and I promise you I have yet to purchase from any other company. I never had a problem with too much shedding, the hair always comes within 3-5 business days and once I saw that the bundles lasted for a good two years, I never went elsewhere. I LOVE them! So I say give anything a try before pushing away just from a review (I am bad at that) cus you never know unless you try it yourself. I see many reviews saying the hair Is good and all. Lies and all fake. If you know good hair you will know their hair is craziness for the price they charge. They use different hair bundles in their promo videos, then they pressure you into spending money to try their hair, then they send you small, dry, coarse, fake bundles full with different color hair strands. Not 100% virgin human hair. And when you confront them, they stop writing back. I had encounters with two sales representatives. Sara and Bonnie. I even had to give them a balance of $11, and after I pointed how bad their hair was and how I felt tricked, she wouldn’t respond or explain why. She wouldn’t even send me a paypal invoice to pay their balance of $11. She completely stopped communication. But before that she will text like 5 times a day calling me sister and all. They are tricksters. Their bundles are not a full 100g in weight. Fake fake fake. They send good hair to those who will make review videos for them. Easy mixed service you cannot trust.

love this company hair, always keep the top quality, use about 3years no tangle and no shedding . love it.
