This coffee machine looks exceptionally robust on the website. Considered many different brands before placing my order. Firstly I stupidly followed the instructions for pre using. I washed it through with clean water. What a mistake. This made the machine deemed as used. Firstly the type of pods or capsules recommended did not fit well. The lever on the front of the machine would not move unless you held it down with one hand which I still could not move it. Customer service awful as when I contacted them they said the machine was used so no sending back. If I’m honest I was so frustrated I took it to a charity shop but then felt guilty as someone else would have the same problem. Should had taken it to the tip where it belongs. Please don’t waste £300 like I did. Julie Somerset
