Kaizen Medical Avis 

I have been going to Kaizen for a number of years and have been very happy with the treatments I have had there. I have had hydrafacials which are a very effective non invasive treatment and Danika has always been very professional and flexible to my needs. I have also had Botox done by Emma who has a nursing background and she is very precise and methodical in her approach and also gives me a great result. This medical salon is excellent.

The online booking process was very easy online, the staff excellent on arrival and Mr Ashton was a very knowledgeable Consultant. I found him engaging, caring, and an absolute gentleman.

Throughout my visits at Kaizen, Emma has explained every little detail about the procedures I was having, to ensure I understood what would be involved. I have seen Dr Ashton a number of times and always appreciate his quick diagnosis and immediate surgery to remove the affected area. Of course this can be done via the NHS but it takes so…. long and the worry amplifies. Kaizen staff were very friendly, informative and professional.

Having visited Charlotte for the third time, I continue to be impressed by her incredible demeanor. Despite being a nervous introvert, I always feel comfortable and warmly received in her presence. Our conversations are enjoyable and feel like reconnecting with a good friend.

Very helpful on the phone, offered a free consultation which really helped me to understand my options. Lovely atmosphere in the venue, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I had my Botox check-up with Emma yesterday, following Botox to my neck and jaw area about two weeks ago. One side has responded really well; however, the other side has stronger platysmal bands, so the Botox hadn’t taken quite as effectively there. Emma assessed this thoroughly and added a small amount of additional Botox, which I’m confident will resolve it.
Regarding the jaw area, I’m still waiting to see the final results, as I also had filler today. I prefer not to fully review this until everything has settled and I can see the outcome clearly. That said, my experience with Emma has consistently been very positive — her work is always thoughtful, precise, and well executed — so I don’t anticipate any issues.

Very knowledgable staff that make you feel at ease and don’t constantly try to upsell to you. I have been very impressed by the customer service and high standards. Danika is an excellent Aesthetician.

I had an appointment with Dr Ashton to check and remove two moles. This was done very swiftly and I was relived to hear they were ok. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I would recommend Kaizen wholeheartedly
