Bought a hand massager from Kallon 2 months ago, now stopped working. Customer service have not responded to my many emails requesting a replacement or refund, they do not even acknowledge receipt of my emails. They state they will respond in 24 - 48 hours, they do not…..
Awful customer service.
Ordered product to help my father after a massive stroke rendered his arm/hand useless.
Product spec is TINY and his hand won't fit inside.
I have small hands and it was tight on ME.
Product is unusable - my father still in a very bad way so I send a polite email explaining the situation.
Emailed Kallon support email about twenty times in three weeks. NOTHING back. NOTHING. (nothing in my junk folder either so don't tell me to check).
'We get back to you in 24-48 hours'. No, no they don't.
They just never responde to one single email you send them. Not one.
So I paid £59.99 from the shop kallon got told delivery would be a week took over two when I finally received it , the first time I used I though wow great , then after couple of goes I noticed air was leaking out of it and the pressure Ws not there, I also could not use the heat mode as it got to hot, I contacted hallon after some towing and throwing I got a response asking for a video of it working then after couple weeks they said it was faulty and send me new one that came a week later , the second unit does not heat up at all and does not beep , I’ve been contacting hallon and I’ve not had a response in nearly two weeks , so please be careful ordering from them I think there attitude and workings are very poor I have asked to return items for full refund and heard nothing , plus now they have them on Amazon for less than £20 I hate giving reviews but I’m so un happy with this item and company be very care full if you order from them
