I would give 0 Stars be very careful do not spend your money here. This is a scam company, and be very careful because PayPal is a payment option so I thought it made it safer to purchase. I thought PayPal checks these companies out but I have been proven wrong. I had to send three emails just to get a tracking number and this was already after what was advertised that I should have already received the product. In the US you are not allowed to advertise one thing and not do as advertised dates. This is a scam company stay away. Even PayPal tells me I must wait 2 to 4 weeks now to see if I receive anything because after all the complaining I've done and calls I've made they showed that it's somewhere in China still. We are talkin 25 days in, nothing received. Totally illegal in u.s. business practice

I waited almost two months to receive my shipment and when the product arrived, the quality was sub-par. Now looking into the refund policy, it says I require a receipt, which was never sent to me, just an order confirmation. There was also no receipt in the package.

Got scammed by KAMI Wigs. Ordered wig Dec 17, 2019, receipt from Kami Wigs said Express Delivery. When I didn’t get delivery after three weeks, I sent a couple of emails to KAMI Wigs and got back a nonsensical reply; totally senseless. That is when they gave me a FAKE shipping number for delivery. When I saw the FAKE tracking delivery number, I looked online about this “company” and found it was fraudulent with hundreds of complaints on the Better Business Bureau and various other websites.

I then contacted PayPay wanting them to cancel the order. They refused. PayPal gave me a royal runaround. PayPal phone reps are in Asia, some were nice, one was extremely NASTY, however, NONE are helpful. After PayPal contacted KAMI Wigs, KAMI Wigs offered to return 15 % of my money, which would be Six Dollars. I gave them $40.94 USD and they wanted to return Six Dollars! I refused their offer, and stated I wanted a full refund. Next email, Kami Wigs refused to give me a refund because my wig was in transit and this time they gave a real tracking number. I again begged PayPal to cancel the order but they refused. After an additional three weeks I received shipment. It is a CLOWN COSTUME WIG, bright orange, a weft of machined sewed bright orange fibers. Actually, truly, it is not appropriate even for a clown costume. Truly fraudulent and criminal. I immediately threw “it” in the garbage, goodness knows the disease it may carry.

KAMI Wigs is a criminal organization and PayPal perpetrates this crime by not protecting their customers from this major scam. PayPal claims to protect their customers, but, unfortunately, I found that not to be true, therefore, I am cancelling my PayPal account. PayPal is well aware of the hundreds of complaints against this company, but PayPal still does business with it. I am so sorry for the people on chemo that have been scammed by this criminal organization and I am throughly disgusted with PayPal.

UPDATE: Good News! My case against KAMI Wigs for over a month has finally been resolved by PayPal in my favor. I shall be reimbursed the $40.94 USD that KAMI Wigs robbed me. I understand that the reimbursement will take another month, however, I am most grateful. It wasn't easy, and it took over a month of numerous phone calls and emails, but in the end PayPal did back me. Therefore, I will not be cancelling my PayPal account as I had planned to do if PayPal did not protect me from this criminal fraudulent company. I learned my lesson well and am thankful for the soon return of my money. I have read that this criminal organization uses various other names, not just KAMI, and I hope that there is some kind of class action suit to shut down this criminal organization....so many victims. A terrible situation.

My mother (95 years old) took a bad fall and had 25 staples in her head. She was told the hair would probably not grow back because of her age, so I ordered her a wig from Kamiwigs. After waiting almost a month for delivery, the wig arrived, or I should say, what they called a wig arrived. What a complete joke. The color, shape, style, and texture was NOTHING like the website photo showed. it was basically a clump of hair on a piece of weave.
I have attempted several times to return the wig and receive my money back, and even after jumping thru all the hoops they have put in place for this to happen, I have received no compensation.
DO NOT ORDER from these scammers!!!!! You will be very disappointed.

OK folks, we need to do our homework! Before you press that button and order another product on line, do the research. Had I done this I would never have ordered the wig (also for my mum). This is yet the second time that this has happened to me. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. It won’t happen a third time. Shame on you Kamiwigs for scamming good folk but you don’t really care do you! There is a grace period with Paypal you can get your money back, what these companies do is lure you into thinking your product is on the way to buy time so one cannot retrieve the money. If a significant period of time has gone by alarm bells should go off....and most likely coming from China if at all. 😑

Kami posts pictures of wigs and their company - making it look like they are in America. Then they send you a wig totally different than the one you ordered - kind of looks like a costume grade wig.. They don't give you your money back or let you return it. It's awful.I basically threw away the money. I wanted to get a wig for my mother who is loosing her hair.

If I could give Kami wigs 0 stars I would.. do not order their wigs bate & switch. My story with Kami wigs is same as others.
Contacted Kami, told them wrong wigs were sent. Kami made me jump through hoops.
Kami wigs post pictures of other company wigs, but they do not have those companys wigs. Wrong wigs, wrong color, wrong stryle & smelled awful.
Several conversations with them, wanted give me discounts to keep smelly wrong wigs. I refused, I jumped through all of their loop holes of taking pictures of wigs in the bags with bar codes, could not send back until I received a return lable from Kami. They did admit wrong wigs sent. Still refused me a refund or a return label.
After talking back & forth with Kami, I was told it would cost me $20.00 to send wigs to China. I told fine I would pay for shipment.
Thats when they refused to speak to me again.

How I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought! I bought a wig that was short and adorable and STRAIGHT hair. I received a weird clown wig that was curly and very nearly the same style as my Mother wore 50 years ago! Can't get my money back....not sure what to do. I have a terminal illness and NEEDED this wig. That $40 could have fed me for a week!

KAMIWIGS is a FAKE site to SCAM you! They show pictures of authentic named wigs from other sites and then scam you by sending a piece of junk. I reported them to my bank as fraud. RETURN POLICY as posted on their website is non-existent. They tell you will take a few days and here it takes several weeks! They tell you the cost to return is more than $20 USD dollars so they try to give you $4.00 and keep increasing amount to keep the wigs and apologize for inconvenience. They also apologize for wrong items sent and claim a glich on website. DO NOT BUY from these people there are several. I got scammed 2x's my bank dispute department is handling it after I sent them the trail of emails.

They have the audacity to ask for a good review.

Finally after weeks I received a return address and sent them back the 2 pieces of junk. I had ordered Raquel Welch wigs and what I received was unrecognizable! I told them I reported them as fraud. This company was through AMAZON MARKETPLACE I reported this company too. Why they are allowed to SCAM AMERICANs is beyond my comprehension.

BUYER BEWARE!!!I gave one star only because I had to give it something to write this review. I mistakenly did not read the reviews before I made my purchase. I like many did not get the color I ordered for either wig. I emailed several times with a customer representative each time I was offered a percentage back till they got to 50%. I said no they made the mistake, they have never even offered to send the correct wig even though they know it is their mistake. Now all I want is my money back and they can have they awful wigs back.I have sent all the emails to my credit card company and they have contacted the company. So far no results. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered two wigs because my mother wanted them, they don’t even have legitimate pictures of the wigs. When I week went by without me hearing from them I emailed them and received no response. I only got their attention when I submitted a refund request through PayPal. They seem to be operating from another country, there is no legitimate address or contact information provided. Someone with JUST THE NAME NIKO, no last name, no address or personal identifiable information tried to haggle with my money giving me a 30% off for goods they don’t even have “in stock” it took me a week and a half to get my money back.

I ordered a Kami Wig on Nov. 6th, 2019,($40 purchase) and did not get it for a month. The quality and fit was Halloween quality. There was a message inside the package that said do not return the wig to the address on the package but gave an e-mail to contact for the return address. I e-mailed the address and the runaround began. They couldn't locate which international warehouse it came from. I kept pressure on them. They then asked me to send them a picture of the envelope so they could read the address, tracking number, etc. to assist them in finding the right return warehouse. THAT DIDN'T HELP BECAUSE:. Today they e-mailed me asking to accept $7.96 and keep the wig because they said I would be paying $20 postage to return it and that would be fair. I DON'T WANT THE WIG AND I WANT MY $40 RETURNED. I am contacting my credit card company now to see what can be done.

This is a scam Asian company who steals photos of real wigs and sends out cheap substitutes. If you see any positive reviews, they are paid for by this company.

These wigs are not as advertised they are very cheap wigs. I wear wigs all the time I know what a good wig is. All their statements are misleading and false! If you decide to send one back it cost three times as much for shipping back to China as the wig cost.

Do you not bad to wear except on Halloween...😩

I am only giving a one because I bought and paid for a wig about a month ago and never received it. So can't say anything good about the place! If your thinking, don't buy from them!!

Really people! These wigs are a scam. they are not what is pictured. Just try to contact the company to return them and see what happens. NOTHING!!!!!! There is not a web site to contact even though they say there is.
