Chapel Down gin at a great price and fast delivery!!
I ordered a bottle of Chapel Down gin for a friend’s birthday with not a lot of time to go! I was amazed to have it delivered the next day without any additional postage costs. The gin was also a lot cheaper on this website than others. Very pleased and would recommend.

Delivery was on time
Delivery was on time. Fabulous considering that it was close to Christmas and I kind of expected a delay. Packaging was brilliant ensuring absolutely no breakages during transit.

Not so much the company but the carrier, dpd, what a waste of space this lot are AND they are getting WORSE instead of better.
It is such a shame a good business relies on such clowns to deliver their products.........

Hi Michael, I am sorry that your experience was not good with DPD. It does appear that all UK couriers service has declined somewhat. We are all beholden to these services these days, as online reatail becomes more and more ubiquatious. I know that our team at K and L wines went above and beyond this Christmas season to provide the best possible service to all our cleints and were very disappointed and somewhat deflated to see our company recieve a negative rating due to the fault of DPD. Perhaps this rating could be moved to there rating page?
