With it being my first time getting finance it was a daunting experience.
Will definitely be coming back to kandoo in the future once I have paid this car off.

GOOD TRUSTWORTHY DEALERS AND AFTERCARE
My wife purchased this car from an independent dealer locally, the vehicle is a KIA Stonic registered number AV68 OVR, within this last week the service warning has come on and now the LOW ENGINE OIL LIGHT IS SHOWING this cannot be right and I would like your thoughts on the subject.

Do not buy through Kandon't!!
After buying a vehicle through Kandoo, I can honestly say its been the worst buying experience I have had in 30 years.
Firstly, after insisting that they call the dealer to check all details of the vehicle and being told that the vehicle had a full service history, it turns out it does not and had not been serviced in 4 years.
In addition to this, we noticed that there was an admin fee that had been added on to the total finance. When queried I was told that this was a dealer admin fee for the paperwork. When we collected the vehicle, this cost was not on the invoice. The dealer subsequently told me that Kandoo originally tried to charge this fee to the dealer as an introductory fee but they refused. This was then passed on to us instead as the dealer admin fee. Talk about no integrity from Kandoo.
In addition, we complained to the dealer and Kandoo within 12 hours of collecting the car as several faults had occurred. We were met with aggression by the dealer (Braceys Motors) and silence by Kandoo.
We decided to reject the vehicle as per the consumer credit act and have been fighting this ever since.
Its been 14 weeks with Kandoo siding with the garage even though we have proof of false advertisement and an independent garage inspection that states its not road worthy and many faults that were said to have been fixed from an MOT failure were still there.
The finance company, Go Car Credit have been pretty useless to and have said that Kandoo are not responding.
I have reached out several times to their senior management who have ignored all please for help.
14 weeks without a car for a family has been very difficult and has come at a significant cost.
They have more than likely received their commission from the finance company and now do not care.
I have never known a company with less integrity that them. Fraudulently stating a dealer fee when its theirs. Telling lies about the service history and not helping us to resolve our broken car.
When did people stop caring about customer service?
Phil and Sam, you should be ashamed of the business you run!
22/4 update: Rather than respond to my review and understand what happened, they have asked I remove the owners names from the review.

I was able to get the car i wanted
I was able to get the car i wanted on finance and was supported through the process, the only reason I havent given 5 stars was due to some miscommunication and last minute price hike of £70 more than quoted to have my vehicle delivered. All in all delivery cost £400 which is steep when some providers offer free delivery anywhere in the UK but aside from that issue all was very smooth.
