I instructed Kang & Co Solicitors for Pre-Charge Representation during what was undoubtedly the most challenging and high-risk period of my life. I was the subject of a police investigation arising from the breakdown of a personal relationship, involving multiple serious allegations, including controlling and coercive behaviour, stalking with fear of violence, and sexual assault on a female.
