Hugely disappointing - save yourself the nightmare
Hugely disappointing. Unprofessional and extremely poor service. The removalists showed up 40 minutes late with a too-small truck that had no tail lift (all of which were clearly stipulated in the agreement). The boys were supposed to pack move and unpack a small, one-bedroom apartment plus storage cage, including disassembling and reassembling furniture. I provided boxes and packing tape for packing purposes. 11 hours later, only half of my stuff made it to the new place, they refused to use the boxes I provided in favour of their own boxes that they then wanted to charge me for (the agreement was they unpack at rhe other end and take their boxes back, incurring no charge if any of their boxes had to be used). They damaged multiple pieces of furniture, ruined my memory foam mattress topper by using it in the truck to protect another item of furniture, put a huge scratch in my door, put dents in the wall, and didn't reassemble any furniture on the other end. I sent photo proof of this to the main contact and never received any response or acknowledgement, not even an apology. They walked out with my bed screws (that took them a week to return to me) and thousands of dollars gained through threats and intimidation. In the end I had to hire a van for a day and finish off the job they should have done right in the first place. Please do not use these people, find a better removalist company and save yourself the nightmare.
