Bro, just don’t ever use this company for music distribution.

My album got stuck with them. I have been trying to contact them for 5 months, but they don’t reply. I also haven’t received any royalties for 5 months. Some of my songs have streams and views, but I still haven’t received any royalties.

The team is very bad. Maybe they are all de*d because nobody replies. 😂

We also can’t take down our songs before 1 year. Some of my albums were not even distributed, and when I asked them about it, they just said “soon.” I don’t know how they need 5 months just to distribute an album.

Very poor service. Don’t use this company.

Check their social media comments too. Everyone seems to have a very bad experience with them.

I withdrew my funds on 1st may 2026 according to kanjian policy withdraw request done before 10th of that month will be released on 25th if the same month
So 25th passed 7business days passed my payment remained pending payment tried to write several emails no respond but they send promotion emails but they don't reply on email concerning delay now is almost a month we are in June 23th still.pending live chat no reply ticket they don't respond can anyone maybe know how to do about this it is so dissapointing since they don't communicate.my account is verified everything is clean i have received 5 payments before....

Kanjian is a decent service, but be aware that payment delays are a significant issue. They sometimes take up to a year to settle revenues, citing non-payment from platforms, likely due to unfavorable contracts, as other distributors pay out every three months. If you have exceptional patience, they can be recommended, but do not rely on them for timely payments.
