Very bad i order from the instagram advertisement on December 26/12/2025 today is 15/02/2026 and he send me a link from USA that is tracking the package probably fake…i was waiting and you today i contact asking help for my order!he response that he don’t know what happen and what ever he thinks…and send me a second link now from China and of course he is on vacation!and don’t send more email because will be confused…i will make report to the advertisement also on instagram and open a dispute case on PayPal!

I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS ORDER A HAT A FKN HAT IN DECEMBER 23 2025 TODAY IS FEBRUARY 13 2026 AND THE APPARENTLY ITS SHIPPED BY CAMEL THEN BY TIRE TUBE IN THE OCEAN ALL I GET ARE EMAILS IT WILL COME WERE RE SENDING NO TRANSIT NEW NUMBER ITS STILL ON ITS WAY BULL CRAP SCAM NO ONE BUY

Ordered a steering wheel cover in early December, still waiting for delivery, repeat excuses saying in Transit ! Scammers don't buy from this scam site

Ordered Porsche and Land Rover advent calendars from Kanziii in October and only got fake tracking information and “in-transit” emails.

Ordered a McLaren F1 Team Advent calendar and never received it. Kanziii "support" was unresponsive, and the provided tracking site (tracking-hub.com) appears fraudulent.

I’ve filed a fraud report with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Do not purchase anything from Kanziii!

Ordered the Ford Mustang advent calender after seeing it advertised on Facebook. Got dodgy tracking information then nothing. Total scam.

They don’t even try to hide it they sent me some guitar picks and $5 worth of Chinese stocking stuffers ,, I ordered a led light track for guitar fretboard. First they say their records show that they shipped me what I ordered,, I show them screenshots to prove otherwise. They say if I want a refund the shipping to return their $5 worth of crap back to china warehouse will cost large
So they offer a solution of $6 usd to resolve??? They changed me almost $100cdn for the product they never sent.

How can we get people together and sue them ? I have proof that they are basically running a scam ?

This is a scam website. I ordered an advent calendar. It never arrived. they give a fake tracking number after about 4 weeks of waiting. The tracking company is also fake. And the package somehow gets stuck in transit. then they stop answering your emails

Sent the wrong item not the one that was advertised… terrible , if I had wanted a cheap sunshade instead of the retractable one I would not have paid $40 for it …. Crap am very dissapointed

As other reviews have said, I ordered a de-luxe double retractable sunshade, instead all I got was a cheap fold-up type that I could have bought for pennies locally, I paid $38.97 for an item that is worth a few dollars and waited 3 weeks for delivery to Cyprus. They have refused a return or refund, instead offering first $3, then $6 then finally $9 in 'compensation' now attempting to get some recourse through ApplePay and my credit card company

Do not purchase from this company. They advertised a automatic sunshade for 29.99 sits on dash board, what i got was a manual one...they have a return policy but they do not want you to return,offered payment instead started at $2 then final is $9. BS if you ask me..

I purchased a retractable windshield cover from a company that Kanziii supplies customer service for. It is a two piece product that covers the windshield blocking the sun. I received only one piece of the order, I contacted kanziii and was told I received the whole order. I took pictures as instructed and was told the factory said it was all shipped and offer $6 to forget. I responded and was offered an $8 to forget the problem. Then today was told to accept a $10 offer to forget the problem. Kanziii appears to be a front for a group of Chinese companies that fraud customers with bad product and delivery.

AVOID at all costs. This company is a scam. I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses over a month ago. Nothing.
