I ordered an unstitched suit, which arrived on time and had good quality stitching. Im very happy with the suit.

Good quality apparel—just as advertised. Clear communication and timely shipping. The seller also asked us if we wanted liner in the garment—something we would have missed if they didn’t ask.
Took too long to arrive. They claimed it was due to “quality assurance process” but the quality sucked. So exactly what quality were you assuring?? And they didn’t respond to my email until I threatened to ask for a refund and cancel the order. And then again after they finally did respond and I responded, they never got back to me. Customer service is terrible.
The quality of work delivered by Kapraye is outstanding. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that clients receive the best possible results. I particularly appreciate how they stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring their solutions are innovative and effective.
The dress material was good. The embroidery on sleeves was not done in proportion to the sleeve length but otherwise the suit is good.

I had to email them twice about the dispatch details of my order. I waited over a week and had not received any dispatch notification, so emailed them, they responded that my order has been posted and I would receive it within the next week. Waited all week, nothing,so I emailed them again, they responded this time with due to the weather they haven’t dispatched. So had to wait over another week to receive my item. They refunded me £10 for prolonging the dispatch of my order, which I am happy with, hence the stars.
The order was on Time and in good quality its been a while I am ordering dresses from Kapraye.Ltd. Their Packaging and their Customer Care is out of this. 100% recomended and will order again.
