very smooth service by karayana service

Booking process was smooth and hassle-free. The car condition was okay — I was expecting a slightly newer vehicle, but it was manageable. Delivery and pickup were both on time, and the handover process was simple and smooth.

The only disappointing part was the refund process. I had to follow up almost every day to get the refund, which spoiled the overall experience and made the service feel less trustworthy.

If they fix the refund process, the overall experience would be quite good.

A complete smooth process from deposit to refund was received and mainly the behaviour of car owner is too good and friendly which made my experience a more better. loved the service in all ways.

Pathetic service also the scam. Everything is lie. mediater don't know how to provide details.. False information given

I book a car service almost a month ago to get the service for a month
But that fake person Sanjay he just wasted my whole time standing at international airport after doing advance payment also..
First he send me the car which is 3rd class too much dust inside steering not smooth
So I denied and ask for replacement
But he just wasted my too much time
I was traveling all the way from dubai to get the service but he just spoiled my 5 hours by sending me here and there for the service
Imagine I was roaming in Delhi with all my luggage to get the car 🚗 but that guy sanjay he keep on saying fake promises ..at the end when I got frustrated I just NO to this guy

Now they are not refunding my amount also..

Booked Ertica for 2.5 days with 2.5k security money deposit, and after completing the trip they started to add unnecessary charges like extra driven kilometres, cleaning charges etc which are not true and didn’t gave the security amount back. Worst experience from karyana not recommended. Rent car frim zoom etc atleast your security money will be safe
