Kasamba claims to offer expert advice, but in my experience, you're increasingly chatting with an AI-generated bot. When I raised this with customer service, and provided evidence, they refunded just $15 out of a $120 bill. They clearly have no intention of investigating or changing this practice. Don't be fooled! Use ChatGPT and get the same advice for free!

Great psychic readings from vetted readers! It's very important who you choose to read with bc everyone is created differently. I've read with some psychics who are incredibly quick, detailed and accurate such as Golden Amber Tarot, and then some who are slower. I've enjoyed my readings and found them to be sooo helpful in dark times - and the customer service is also great when I've contacted Kasamba about discounts received etc. Kasamba has been around for over 20 years and there is a reason! They have some real gems on this site that i trust more than any of the newer psychic fad competitors that i just don't trust as much. But again, read the reviews on the psyhics and pick wisely and you'll find yourself amazed at the accuracy! I have my favorites and my go tos for sure

I did 2 readings on this website. SCAM. Those live chats are a waste of time and money. The advisor took 3-4 mins just to respond. Not only that, all they can provide is generic answer, super vague, zero insights. NEVER recommend anyone to pay and get a reading from there.

Trying to get a reading and loaded $100 on my Apple Pay
I can’t pay with Apple Pay so now I’m out my money and can’t get a reading.
I have contacted Kasamba three times about this and they ignore me.
I just want either the product I paid for, or a refund, isn’t that reasonable?
Respond Kasamba and give me my money back!

Such a rip off, don’t do it!!

I had technical difficulties during the chat and couldn’t hang up (I keep tapping hang up but it keep going). I ended up having to close my whole browser. They then charged me $89.99 AND $23.. for a 8 minute reading with the piece of $8.99. I would not recommend. Brad from customer service was of no help by message either. Do not use them.

No matter what you do, never EVER trust Kasamba! The customer service department attempted to convince me to send them my license number and my social security number for ID verification. It is NEVER safe to give this information to anyone in the internet (even if it is a psychic website). Do not trust this website. They are fraudulent and should be reported for unlawful business.

I have found a good psychic here and has helped me when I am not sure of the circumstances.

I appreciate being refunded for a service that was not provided. However, it should have been money back and not a credit.

I had used this service for around 6 months, which turned my life upside down and made it the worst state of my life. I feel I had been deceived by readers there who claimed to be psychic readers to pay for additional services, but what they said had never happened. I spent thousand dollars on my stupidity to trust them which affected my personal life negatively.

I absolutely love the amount of advisors available to help. I like that kasamba has made it better for you to think of a situation you may be helped through;like adding those questions on to a title with a list of advisor to help with that.
