The customer service team, they really care

I added a specific amount $25 to my account and turned off the refill function & NEVER clicked on any auto billing feature but yet I was auto charged until I ended the chat. When in a chat it is hard to keep track of time so I made sure it would end automatically when my deposited funds ran out but this is not what happened. I wanted the chat to end automatically. I did everything that was obvious to make sure that would happen but it did not and as a result I was charged almost $50 more than I had intended to spend. For a retiree that is a substantial amount of unintended charge and it feels completely unfair given all I did prior to the chat. I used the support chat function and the email support system to attempt to rectify this situation and was not heard in both cases. Instead I was given info that I had already known and used but that did NOT work and there was no acknowledgement of that and no refund offered or help to figure out why the methods I used to set up NOT being auto charged did not work as intended. It felt like I was just blamed and left with no support to make sure this never happens again. I've never experienced this situation on any other site I use nor the lack of customer support when an issue arises.

I feel that my experiences with Kasamba, for as long as I've been a client here, that the advisors have been very true, nurturing and honest. Haven't at any time made me feel uncomfortable no matter what situation I'm describing to get insights on.
