Excellent product for de-stressing or finding a peaceful state of mind! Professionally made and easy to follow step-by-step procedures. As an engineer, I have always quantified parameters in order to manage it. As a human being with emotions, I would say that qualifying how we feel helps us control our emotions. Being unable to pinpoint your source of emotion pain is like driving on a flat tire without realizing that you have a flat tire.
So regardless of which walk of life you come from or how old you are, using the Kasih Kit is an excellent way to identify how you feel and improve your state of mind, particularly if you're feeling down, anxious, distressed or in anyway negative.
