Kaspersky Avis 18

Still trying out Kapersky Safe Kids. Doesn't seem to work perfectly, but is ok. I asked about an issue and the live chat agent asked me to download a .exe file..

Kaspersky VPN made an "upgrade" for their software on November 28th 2025. And after that, they cancelled many of their helpful features and decreased their available locations from 115 to 85 countries. And what's worst is that they stopped the VPN service in Russia, where I'm residing. And when I asked for a refund, they refused

Kaspersky is Russian software and you simply can not trust it. It's a good antivirus but i can't trust Kaspersky anymore. After hearing it got banned in the U.S I'll change it as well, I'm not in U.S but I'll still change it to something that i can trust.

Have 10 licenses, all up to date and paid for. Every once in a while I have to reinstall a computer. Now when I try to reactivate th licenses it times out every time. Problem is not on my end. What a joke. Tried customer support and nothing. Just a stupid bot that has zero answers. Will not be purchasing from them again. They have lost a lifetime customer.

Crashes reliably when adding trusted applications

Doesn't respond to report of scam websites.

Kaspersky is my 1# Antivirus I'm using it for quite some time.

I have received a email saying my software will be renewed and my credit card will be used

I had cancelled my renewal subscription in 2020.
On the website I found the page with the detail my account including my credit card.
The tab "Delete account" did not work.
The Help tab does not recognise "Delete account".
It seems Kaspersky does allow customers to delete their personal details and the credit card information.
I am waiting for a response to my email.

Terrible.

Not even 5 minutes and i had tu uninstall the program, because my keyboard and mouse wasn't working. This app blocked my pc and i had to unistall to make it work again.

I've been trying to access my account in order to cancel the subscription and the "forgot my password" feature is not working. It would be great if someone get in touch and cancel my subscription or give me a new access to my business account.

CUIDADO, DESINSTALA ESTE SOFTWARE DO SEU PC, ele vai rastrear e espiar o seu sistema.
Muito cuidado e desista-la e não compra mais este software.

great service only issue i find is its slower to load up when you switch laptop on but its great security wise

Having just left an scathing review, I realisedthe problem was because I was dealing with the issue from the Isle of Man: when I changed location to UKthings went much better! Though it makesme feel sorry for Manx customers, my issue was resolved on the phone in the space of a couple of minutes.

i tried to download the free version of their cloud security software but it would only download the paid version then refuse to function without a lisence. terrible experience

No sabes lo bueno que es hasta que pruebas otro, muy arrepentido de haber cambiado a AVG. Pronto volveré con Kaspersky.
