If you have an issue, you are on your own
I ordered a large TV stand from their website and paid for the delivery. The first trip, the unit arrived flat pack and was assembled in the living room. The team saw that it was damaged and asked if I would be happy to receive a replacement shelf in the mail, but I opted to have them take it back and come back with a good unit (or this unit with good parts).
When they came back, the unit was assembled and looked good. I signed, and they left. What I did not discover is that for the internal shelves, they only used 3 out of 4 of the adjustable shelf standoffs, so I didn't notice until I tried to put something in the shelves and they tilted backward. What's worse is the unit is missing one of the support legs from underneath. There is a large screw coming down without the leg (Part N according to the label on the others).
I have called, used their text, and tried their email. When you call, it goes to voicemail, and they do not call you back. If you email, they do not email you back. If you use the website's text feature, you get one reply to the initial submission, and they act like it is the first they usually say something like, "We will look into it," but they never do. I feel I was reasonable each time simply asking they send me part N (the missing leg), and I would attach it myself.
Beware of this company. You might get a good product and never need them, but their support process is completely non-existent, and they will not help you after the sale!
