I would highly recommend Kata Jewellery and their bespoke service. I found looking for an engagement ring totally overwhelming and honestly didn't know where to start, but Jennifer helped guide us through the process, discussing different options and drew up sketches to help us to visualise. Jennifer seemed to really understand what I was looking for and trying to achieve and thankfully has a lot of patience! I am thrilled with my engagement ring, but I know I would have been happy with any of the options Jennifer came up with, as the craftmanship is beautiful. Thanks to all the Kata team.

Jennifer and Anton at Kata are a wonderful team and I recommend them wholeheartedly. I had a ring I wanted redesigning. I'd tried other jewellers over the years but not followed through as the process had felt quite empty and formulaic. But at Kata Jennifer took the time to talk with me to share inspiration and ideas. She came up with some genuinely gorgeous designs from which to choose, which felt like they came from our discussion rather than from a manual somewhere. Anton then turned my chosen design into reality, creating what feels like a truly unique ring that I can now wear and enjoy every day. They provide a personal, friendly, professional service in a jewellers that feels modern, light and welcoming, demonstrating their creativity and passion for their work.

From my first meeting to discuss a design to picking up the opal ring, I was so pleased and thrilled with the level of service and attention to detail given by Jennifer. The design of the ring using my mum's opal stones is perfect and it is now a very special piece of bespoke jewellery that I can enjoy and treasure in memory of Mum.

It was recently our pearl wedding anniversary and I wanted to give my wife a ring featuring a pearl but I wanted it to be wearable so she could wear it everyday and I wanted it to sit well with her other rings. Working with Jennifer was so easy. I was able to choose the pearl and Jennifer suggested a few designs which included all the elements we had discussed one of which was perfect. The ring is beautiful my wife loves it and wears it everyday. I could not have found what I wanted off the shelf

I had always wanted one single ring rather than an engagement ring and a separate wedding band so when it needed resizing it seemed the perfect time to change the design in its entirety. I loved the intricate and unusual designs that Kata Jewellery produced and felt they would be able to create a spectacular one off piece for me. Jennifer was a joy to work with and produced a stunning bespoke ring that fitted my needs perfectly. It was delicate and beautiful but still delivered the high level of sparkle that I wanted now it was just a single ring. Jennifer also considered the practicality of the ring as I use my hands for design work so needed it to also be sensible and functional. I did not make this design easy for her but Jennifer was incredibly patient throughout the process and offered helpful advice and allowed me the time to really decide what I wanted. I really love my forever ring and not only was the design all I could have wished for but the quality and craftsmanship of the finished piece is of the highest standard. I would definitely recommend Kata jewellery and will be using them for all future bespoke jewellery.

My engagement ring and wedding band were in need of repair. From start to finish, Jennifer was friendly, helpful and generally just a lovely person. She gave her opinion and helped us choose the final design. We discussed lots of different options and their cost. Communication was great and I knew my jewellery was in safe hands. The end product is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Jennifer made sure the rings fitted perfectly together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the amazing jewellery in her store to anyone.

I have always wanted a diamond cross pendant and asked Kata to design and make one for me. Jennifer was so lovely to work with and advised on the size and quality of diamonds and all the little details. Her advice was spot on. I absolutely adore the finished pendant. It exceeded all my expectations and is gorgeous. The whole process was seamless and very professional. I will definitely be commissioning another piece. Cannot recommend Kata enough.

I wanted to remodel my engagement ring after 25 years so took it into Kata to get some inspiration - Jennifer did some drawings, made some helpful suggestions, and I picked the one I liked best. I did have a couple of wobbles - had I picked the right design etc but Jennifer was very patient and kind.
I got my 'new' ring today and it is absolutely fabulous and I love it. I will definitely be visiting Kata again! (Hopefully soon!!)
