Our support team is available 24/7 by email, and we’re also reachable by phone, the number is clearly displayed on our website for quick assistance.

We would, of course, have been happier to receive a rating on the product itself, but we’ll gladly settle for this one.

Seems cheep

Seems cheep, sorry. Blade isnt even sharp, i spent a day sharping it. I get its modern materials but there could have been mode effort. Like a makers mark. Or tiny mistakes

Please note that for safety and compliance reasons, we can only sharpen our blades up to a controlled level on the Rockwell hardness and edge angle scale, ensuring both performance and safe handling. Beyond this point, a blade could become dangerously sharp for shipping and customs inspection standards.

Each katana is hand-polished and crafted using modern steels with a traditional forging process. Minor variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products and make each piece unique.

We’re also quite surprised by your comment regarding the overall quality, our customers usually highlight the craftsmanship and solid feel of our katanas.

It’s possible that your sword may have had a rare manufacturing issue that went unnoticed during final inspection.

If that’s the case, please contact our support team so we can review it together and find a solution for you.

We are sorry to read your comment, though we are quite surprised since your last message from August confirmed that your katana had arrived safely and in good condition.

All our katanas are full-tang forged, which means the blade and handle form one solid piece, they cannot break under normal use, especially when simply swinging in the air.

Moreover, we have not received any message, photo, or contact from you regarding this issue.

Please reach out to our support team so we can examine the situation properly. Even in cases of minor problems, we always take full responsibility and provide a solution.

According to the carrier’s notification, the delivery address provided was incomplete, which prevented successful delivery of your parcel.

Unfortunately, we were not informed by email that the package could not be delivered, even though you had your tracking number available.

Your order will be automatically returned to our warehouse. As soon as we receive it, we will immediately reship it to you.

To ensure the new delivery goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service so we can confirm together the accuracy of your shipping address.

A huge disappointment

This was my first time ordering from your company and I was extremely disappointed with the whole situation. My first order was supposedly lost and I was told a replacement order was being shipped.

However after almost six weeks I have never received my order. I don't know how a company can treat their customers this way.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced with your order. Unfortunately, your first order was lost by the carrier, which is beyond our control but remains our responsibility to handle.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a significant commercial compensation compared to the amount of your purchase while we prepared a replacement order.

This offer was accepted at first. However, since a dispute was later initiated, the replacement shipment could not be processed on our side.

We always aim to ensure our customers receive both their orders and our full support, and we regret that this situation could not be resolved as smoothly as intended.
