I am absolutely floored with this item…

I am absolutely floored with this item this is so well crafted my cats actually love it very easy to assemble a bit heavy but it is well worth it. It was well worth the weight the price very reasonable. It is like a piece of furniture. It’s not just a cat tree this is absolutely beautiful. Do not hesitate to purchase one.

They filter their reviews on their website so that only 5 stars get shown, ship defective products, and place blame on the consumers as if everyone who purchases one of their cat trees is an idiot. Shady.

Awfully run business

Awful business. I ordered one of the most expensive cat trees they have.
1) the product took over two months to ship
2) they didn’t set the signature to be required upon delivery even though the shipment was well over $500
3) package wasn’t delivered to my apt and was stolen as a result
4) KBS refused to take ANY responsibility and left me stuck with the loss

Ordering experience has been a nightmare

I ordered a replacement part (trunk) for the Eden cat tree back on 10/6/24. At the time I ordered, the item stated it was in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours. It is now 10/29/24 and I still haven't received even a shipping confirmation, let alone the item itself. I keep getting the run-around from their customer support (BTW - you can ONLY contact them via email... there is no chat or call options on their website which I find insanely frustrating). The one and only communication I've received thus far was back on 10/21, and it was a response (via my email to them) giving a very generic reference to shipping "issues" and stating that my item would ship out in 5-7 business days. Despite me explicitly asking the reason for the delay, they offered no actual explanation and we are now 7 business days later and I still have not received shipping confirmation, further contact from the company, etc.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in this entire transaction/experience. As of today, 10/29, their website still states that the part in question will ship within 24-48 hours (which I find extremely hard to believe at this point). Not only that, but I have a $400ish cat tree that's been unsafe to be used for almost a month at this point because the company who sold it to me can't get it together and ship out the replacement part I ordered in any sort of a timely fashion.

I have had to utilize their customer service in the past with other orders and have had good (read: timely) experiences with them, so I'm not sure why things have done a 180 this time around. I will more than likely not ever buy something from this company again after this experience. The extreme delays and lack of transparency have left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was going to leave a one star review…

I was going to leave a one star review for this tree, but after giving it some more thought I realized that it wouldn't be fair to punish this seller just because I'm jealous that my cats now love this tree more than they love me. My lap is so lonely! lol. kidding aside, this thing is GREAT quality and super sturdy! Also a beautiful addition to the space, which is rare for a cat tree or scratching post. It was worth the wait, my 4 wee beasts love it! Thank you!

I bought a product from kbs pets on May…

I bought a product from kbs pets on May 14 and wanted to return it later. They wanted us to pay the return shipping fee of the products and I paid a shipping fee of $136. In order for the customers to give up the return, they make their customers pay the shipping fee. You should definitely not trust this company, the quality of the products is not worth the money you pay. Think before you shop. There are many alternatives to this product on Amazon and you can return it free of charge whenever you want and it is much cheaper.

This cat tree is absolutely beautiful

This cat tree is absolutely beautiful. At first, I was hesitant to buy it for my little void, but I eventually caved because she deserves a new tree. It's everything I wanted in a cat tree and it's definitely approved by my lovely cat. Not to mention it's very aesthetically pleasing to look at and it's so stinking cute. Not to mention, it's super sturdy and it's really difficult to move around lol, but that's how l know it'll hold up from my void jumping down and climbing up, especially during her 2am zoomies because her tree is in my room cause that's her safe blace.
Overall, wonderful craftsmanship, extremely stunning, and black cat approved.

KBS doesn’t offer replacement or refund

Seller shipped item but UPS marked it as delivered when it never arrived. I was home that entire day and evening and UPS never showed up. My entire family can confirm. We live off road so it’s very easy to see a truck come and go because it’s a long driveway.

KBS Pets hasn’t offered any resolution or reassurance about replacement or refund. They have only said that we wait for UPS to investigate even though they said it would be up to 8 days and it’s past 8 days. It’s 11 days since the package has been missing. They don’t seem to care because they have my money. It doesn’t seem like a reputable company if they don’t care about their customers when something goes wrong.

I hope no one else experiences this. I’m still waiting for my cat tree.
