Took my anxiety down from 7/10 to 4/10
It was literally so simple, and no annoying ads and upcharges. Just straightforward, easy service and a clear price for the services. It took me 10 minutes tops, and most of that was figuring out my login for my previous employers payroll program.

Have filed taxes for years with HR…
Have filed taxes for years with HR Block - Keeper DESTROYED their service. Gave us the max refund with special circumstances due to w2 employment, freelance income, capital gains loss and took into account our deductions that we didnt even know we were entitled to! Took a negative return owing the IRS hundreds of dollars to a positive return of thousands of dollars. Cant recommend highly enough!

Keeper Tax made this process so much easier than I expected. Although I owed quite a bit of money, I am confident they did it accurately. With the complication of my Real Estate income, my Military retirement and my Spouses W-2, this was way easier than expected!

First year self-employed and super satisfied with Keeper!
Keeper makes things easy, while overall very affordable. The AI/bot responses are quick and effective, and when automated answers don't work Keeper will connect you with a live representative to help. Can file taxes directly on app, to IRS and state. No actual CPAs are available, suggest utilizing independent CPA if needed. But Keeper does a pretty good job laying out all the parts of filing taxes. The tracking of expenses and deductions is a godsend.

Simplest tax experience ever.
Quite possibly the easiest filing taxes has ever been. The fact that I could directly connect my business accounts and go item by item to itemize and still have their team check behind me to make sure I'm not missing anything was incredible. 10/10 recommend! (And this is coming from someone who hates doing this kind of administrative stuff - creative!!)

I left the Intuit ecosystem…
I left the Intuit ecosystem because it was just way too clunky and broken. Moving to Keeper was like a breath of fresh air and made the tax filing experience way easier for me.
