Josh was very helpful in explaining all the attractions and provided a map. He also happily rescheduled the dates. I found Keetoo very good for the price.

An Aussies use of Keetoo
Mark from this company was the most amazingly reactive and supportive person I have ever dealt with. He helped me by tickets from palaces that hadn’t opened up tickets, answered all my questions so quickly plus when i had an hour to go before my first tour and couldn’t find my ticket he fixed it immediately! Would whole heartedly recommend using this company!

Firstly, we are very sorry that your experience wasn’t as smooth as we would have hoped, as customers have always found the process very easy. With Keetoo like most ticketing sites you need to book the date and time you wish to visit before you arrive at the venue, which is done through the app as you managed to do for the second attraction you visited. If times aren’t booked, I can appreciate this gets to be a problem when you arrive at the venue without a booked time.
Either way, we are sorry that your experience wasn’t what we hope for our customers, but glad that Mark was able to remedy the situation for you and that you did mention the positive side of your experience – that’s very kind of you. 🙏

Because my daughter's birthday is…
Because my daughter's birthday is coming up, I thought of giving her a trip to London as a gift, so I searched the net for the most convenient offer and found it at Keetoo... although initially I encountered some problems, the person I spoke with solved it very fast. They also sent me a gift for my little girl, a gesture that pleasantly surprised me. It definitely deserves the 5 stars offered.

Great day out in London
Great day out in London. Went to Tate Modern (free) and saw an amazing exhibition by Maria Bartiszova. Used Keetoo to visit the London Aquarium which was amazing. Then took a short jump on a river cruise and finished off with a bus tour .. all booked through Keetoo on my phone. Keetoo was so easy to use and cheaper than buying all those tickets direct and all on my phone. Will definitely use Keetoo when booking activities for days out. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to take the hassle out of booking activities.

Had a fun day out with my wife and our 2 boys. Visited madam tussauds, went on a river cruise and a bus tour and then used left over credit at cafe Nero. Much cheaper than going to attractions direct and really easy to use the app. Will definitely use keetoo next time I book attractions as you really realise how useful it is once you use it. Highly recommended and I will def use keetoo again

Very responsive to fix issues about access to St Paul's cathedral - all sorted
I had some difficulty, however due to the speedy response by Keetoo, they got to me quickly and fixed the problem, within half an hour of me contacting them.

We came to London and wanted to see all the big attractions - we used Keetoo and saved a lot of money and found it easy to use. We did go on Easter weekend so it was very busy - I think we were lucky to get bookings as there were so many people everywhere- lucky for us the weather was good too. maybe also why there were so many people out. London Eye was amazing - great to see London from above and so far. Madame Tussauds was very busy but still a lot of fun. Great time had by all.

Asking for Compensation
It was a very bad experience.
First to book a time slot, it was keep saying system error, then we missed the slot, we paid extra £34 to book another service.
The bus service was not explained which exactly we could use. We asked all buss services including CITY SIGHTSEEING, everyone said its not valid in their system. So we spent nearly £50 for oyster.
I don't know if the company will compensate us for our losses financially and mentally??

We are very sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you had expected. Your experience falls far short of what we always expect to deliver for our customers.
We did notice on the day of purchase one of the attractions you had booked was not in the bundle you paid for. At this point our customer services team emailed you asking if everything was okay as instead of booking Tower Bridge [which you had paid for] you instead decided to book Tower of London. As I am sure you are aware Tower of London is a more expensive attraction and therefore incurred the additional cost simply due to the higher entry price for this attraction – As I say at this point an email was sent to you at [11.10am 11th April] asking if this is what you intended to do and if it wasn’t we would correct this for you, as we did not hear back from you, we assumed this was what you wished to do.
With regards the bus tickets – if you look on the website and app it does clearly state that City Sightseeing is the provider. As we haven’t had this problem with customers before we hadn’t noticed it as a to be addressed. However we will look at this further and see where we could perhaps go a step further and make it clearer still.
We have also checked the codes on your tickets for the bus they all seem correct and working and have also been checked by City Sightseeing as working and valid tickets for the time you were visiting.
In respect to the system error you mentioned, we are investigating it now, to see if we can find out more about it.
As I mentioned we are very sorry that the day didn’t turn out as you had expected. We have taken all your comments individually and looking into each of these to see if and where improvements can be made. 🧿utstanding customer service from Luca at Keetoo...🥰
We went to London for Easter Holidays and while there we trying to book some attractions to visit from Keetoo App but it wasn't working then I contacted the customer support and spoken one of the colleague she was also so kind and professional, too.
She contacted to Keetoo online Support Team and Luca call me back straightaway and sorted the login issue very quickly with excellent manner and professionalism so I can easily login the app.
After I logged in the Keetoo app, I have another issue to booking the actual attractions on the app, I just couldn't book anything for the next day. At that moment, I was so upset because I couldn't book any places to visit afrer all this effort.
I call back to Luca and explain the situation and Luca was excellent again with his customer service but he only booked the London Sightseeing Bus and the River cruise for us and explain there isn't enough ticket left for London Eye and Madame Tussauds for next day of course we all were very upset didn't know what to do only options were cancelling everything and full refund.
But Luca suggested, if we wait till in the morning it might be slight chance that he could be able to book all the attractions that we would like to go instead of refund the whole amount straightaway.
Of course, we accepted the offer and there he is call me back next day and all the attractions has been booked with fast track added as well as bonus points for next time and valid for 12 months, so we all were so happy with the results turn up great more then we expected and it was the Best Family Easter Holiday Ever...🥰
Many Thanks to Luca we visited all of the Best Places with fast track option, we never have to wait or standing in the queues...🥰🧿🤲

Keetoo Credits are a charm!!
I now use Keetoo so regularly, I thought it was time for me to write a review! Ok - brilliant weekend: First Madame Tussaud’s, then a Night Flite on the The London Eye. Here I am again at Caffè Nero after spending a late evening at Vue - we watched Avatar last night! Always a great watch and using these free credits is an absolute breeze! Thanks Keetoo.
