UPDATE
We have now been given another load of BS from these scammers. Told us the order was shipping w/c 6th January. Then told 2 days later that they couldn't fulfill the order and would cancel. 3 days after been told the refund had been done still no money. TS involved so if you are having problems contact them as they advised they have several complaints about them. Next step is contacting TS again for them to move forwards in a thorough investigation of this company. Save your money and avoid.
As everyone already said avoid these scammers. They don't answer emails they don't ship your order and every excuse seems to be about their transition. Geez how long does a transition take !!!! Fake excuses. Ordered over £250 worth from them, received nothing. Appointment today with CA and hoping to have TS involved.
Great recent experience having had a poor experience a few months ago. The new management seem to have turned the customer experience around.
I ordered and paid for 2 kegs on 18/11/24. Estimated delivery 3 days, nothing after 5 days so emailed for an update, no reply, tried same again no reply, so told them I wanted full refund and was asking for a chargeback from my bank, they replied straight away, apologising for delay and said my order would arrive in 2 days! I agreed to wait and again another 5 days nothing. Stay well clear!, well clear! I’m in the process of recovering my money through my bank, there are other more reliable suppliers out there
If I could do a no star review I would! I ordered a keg and paid online back in August! Still to this day I have had no keg and no reply from emails. So quick to take the money but not deliver. I have been trying numerous times to get a refund but still no joy. Stay well clear of these scammers! Save yourself the hassle and money loss. Seems like you only get an automated reply on here which is a disgrace. Update: I have spoken to citizens advice and now going through them, letter sent to company which have 14 days to respond which they have received as I sent it recorded delivery, then if nothing from them I can go to trading standards. Please stay clear and save yourself.
Customer service is great and got my order within the time stated
I have ordered kegs before with varying degrees of success. They changed the delivery team to a local firm who are spot on but they need the order from kegs direct before they can fulfil it.
Don't try to phone or email them you are wasting your time, I have one of the sales team mobile number but that never gets answered either!!!!! You can tell how serious they take these reviews I haven't seen them reply to any. Do yourself a favour and find a more reliable vendor.

Only gave 1 star as there is no option for 0 stars. Ordered a keg which said 2 to 4 days delivery, after a week of not hearing anything we tried emailing, phoning, messaging on Facebook and Instagram but nothing was answered. After 2 weeks we started a credit card charge back, also messaged them again to say we had done so and to cancel the order and we ordered a keg from another company, which delivered when they said they would. Out of the blue we got an email saying they had arranged a delivery so messaged them again saying to cancel it but they completely ignored that and delivered the keg two days later, 2 and half weeks after it should of been delivered with no communication or reason why it was late.

Had to give 1 star as couldnt give 0. Took my money and didnt deliver anything even after 3 weeks. Didnt respond to emails and phonecalls . Avoid like the plague absolute scammers

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
Ordered and Paid for 3 kegs end of July, 2 weeks later still no kegs, Called up 3 times and each time the reception guy says he'll pass my details to the team, NOT ONCE did I hear back. Had to open a dispute with Clear Pay who i paid with. Looking at google review and even when I posted it on FB, many people experience the same issues.

do not trust this company, ive been waiting weeks for my order, they have taken my money, and now ignoring my emails and facebook messages, ive called them but i just get fobbed off, ive asked for a refund but still waiting for a response, there customer service is absolutely disgusting, i would avoid at all costs.
quick update, the company have now blocked me, too stop me exposing them for what they are, i have receipt of my order and screen shots of all emails, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL ROB YOU !!!!

Great place if you like bad customer service and customer experience and spending your money with out getting your order.
Purchased beer for my wedding but it didn't arrive in the timescale the offered. Called the front desk who couldn't put me through or escalate my issue.
Finally cancelled my order and have not received confirmation or my money back.
Seems like they are in the sleeping bags at the office.

Reported the transaction to my bank and they have refunded me. Glad the saga is over. What an unnecessary stress before my wedding.

On day 17 and still waiting for order and when ring the people say we past your concern on so no item or offer to refund so avoid at all cost

Ordered 2 kegs 13 days ago, the first arrived 6 days later (UPS have been awful as well). It had less than 2 weeks left before the expiry date, Totally unacceptable. I had to chase the company 3 times before the second keg was even sent, which arrived after 13 days, only after calling UPS to find out why they had delayed this 4 times.
I have still not had a response to my 3 calls to Kegs Direct. They have a receptionist taking calls and passing on messages but they never call you back.
Ive accepted that they will do nothing regarding the beer that will be out of date within 6 days.
I would avoid this company, and will be ordering from somewhere else in future.

Would recommend anyone looking to purchase from here does their due diligence on the company before ordering, including checking companies house, especially for linked companies based on the address to see how that ended up, and the amount owed.
