Received a text on Wednesday saying delivering to the Sunshine Coast on Friday- get your beers for the long weekend- great I'll buy 2 x 20ltr kegs - $540 - got a call on Wednesday after placing order and paying, saying no heads of noosa black in stock , we can deliver the other20ltr keg though- ok but wouldn't of ordered the black if I'd known, just send it when you get stock in. Received another call on Thursday at 7.20 pm saying we've made a mistake we aren't delivering to S/C message was for Gold Coast customers- a little upset- ok I'll just get a refund please- no we can't do refunds- but you promised a service that you can't deliver on - i can give you a credit for your next order- really??? This is not the first time this company has had my money and not delivered as per order- sent a 20ltr keg when I'd paid for a 50ltr keg - their solution was to send me another 20ltr keg with no additional charge- me not happy ,where's my other 10ltrs ?? - have ordered other times without any issues probably spent around 10,000 with them but this last issue is it - i won't be buying any other products from them as it's always i can't do anything about the issues- this is my first ever review of anything I just feel let down by the customer service with Kegs Off Tap - i would strongly recommend giving this company a miss ,i know i will be

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with, ordered no problems. 1 keg arrives and the 2nd doesn't when I followed up with them they then stated that there would be a delivery fee for the 2nd keg even though I had agreed to delay delivery so they could be covered by the one fee, paid the 2nd delivery fee and the 2nd keg was NEVER delivered.

Never deal with this compnay - they just take your money and run!!! They don't have any idea what customer service is and just lie lie lie. When they do communicate its just lies to try to keep you in a trap of them never providing your order or your refund. If we could give them one star we would.

The absolute worst company to ever exist

I bought a kegerator and out the box it was broken, didnt cool and instead of honoring the major fault i am being forced into a MANUFACTERES warranty which after a month has gone absolutely nowhere instead of just refunding/replacing, absolute nightmare and i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

SCAMMER ALERT - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, what a saga...!

If it could be a zero star it would. Ordered through the website in which was a pretty smooth process. Once the order was placed received multiple emails regarding purchase has been processed, order number etc etc. Website states delivery within NSW 8 days, upon the 7th day of no communication, I reached out to the 1300 # that diverted directly to a voice mail. Left a message and received a text ,
Hello,
Sorry we missed your call.
Please send us an SMS with the details of your enquiry and how we may be able to help.

I then called again in an attempt to actually discuss my order with someone and then received the following.

The order has been processed and placed. We’ll confirm once we get confirmation from our NSW team for the delivery.

Hi thanks for the response. Just to confirm, your website states up to 8 days for delivery, this is one reason for using your company to purchase as it is required for this weekwnds grandfinal. Would appreciate if you could chase up and provide a more definative delivery date, hopefully this will be tomorrow. Appreciate your assistance. Cheers Rick

That’s correct, the order is expected for delivery tomorrow.
Delivery didnt turn up as expected so I proceeded to call the 1300# once again. As I expected no answer, at this stage, I realised I had been scammed, I sent a text to the number that sent me previous text as per below.
Mmm ok, is this a scam.. I feel like I have been scammed?
My response from them was this.
No, Rick,
I’m sorry it wasn’t sent today, but due to the Grand Final, this week’s orders have had to be moved to next week.
We have your order and will make sure it’s delivered to you.
Thursday 9th Oct, I call the 1300# once again, surprise i was answered by some poor bloke that obviously is a call centre employee from who knows where, and began to explain that the kegorator was still in Sydney as they are having difficulty with my location, (40 kilometers outside the National Capital, on the south coast freight line. ????). We have basically every freight company deliver to our town daily. The customer service rep proceeded to tell me that the manager was in Italy and that he would send him the information pertaining to my enquiry to seek a solution???. It was purveyed to me that me collecting it from Canberra may be a soulution. With a scam in mind I ahreed to collect from Canberra, however it was advised that managers approval would be required.As a result no further communication from this business has been received and no goods are yet to be received. Obviously ive been scammed.

Find another kegerator distributor

The system was incomplete & they now want me to pay extra to complete the system. The bolts to bolt the font down were way too short & unuseable. The fridge was dinged & scratched, but the packaging was perfectly intact, so it must have been done prior to packaging. I have had a completely useless system for 2 weeks now, because they won't honour their "plug & play" system. I have had to buy the last components from another outlet, as they were half the price this company quoted to send the components. They tell you one thing on the phone, and then via email ask you to provide evidence of what they tell you on the phone. An extremely painful experience. I would recommend anywhere else to buy your kegerator.
