I was contacted by a text message asking if I was interested in making some money by improving app data. I agreed and was contacted on WhatsApp by “Kevin” from KEITARO.com He took me through some training and was friendly and supportive. I was suspicious when I had to deposit $US30 to continue and nearly bailed but he convinced me it would be OK, and it was. Then I had completed 4 days of app data submissions and was credited with $US800 on the work platform. I was excited when I saw it but I wasn’t told to withdraw it immediately. I continued with the submissions for half an hour and then hit a “high commission” task requiring me to deposit more money to the platform. I should have been able to use the 4 day salary that had been credited to me - but it was gone!!! I was told to deposit a similar amount ($US1090) from my own bank account and this would give me back my salary as well as my own money. No way was I going to line the pockets of these shysters with my own money! They hid behind technical excuses, saying that they “can’t” unlock the account and give me back the salary they stole. Of course they could, but this platform is designed to provide higher rewards with correspondingly higher deposits and risk. What sort of dog would help this company steal their workers money? I know his name!!

I think I was scammed. A department of this company supposedly does application data optimisation and I started a job with them. You had to put your own money in to do these task reviews of different apps and then get a small commission for each one. Then a salary goes in after the first 5 days. I mistakenly kept my salary in there to do a set of tasks. And I got much bigger tasks and then somehow I was in debit so had to put more of my money in - in the form of USDT. I ended up losing around $6200AU of my own money. I tried to get help but there is only an AI bot and they don't help you but just say you need to finish the tasks and get your money back at the end. I didn't have the money I needed to put in to put me out of a debit. Its hard to explain. My trainer just said, don't worry, relax, find a way to get the $8K AU to top up your account and you will get it all back once you complete the tasks. It is a scam to ask for money to do work!
