Pleased to have taken the risk
Decided to give Keith a go for my house purchase. Last purchase used standard conveyancers who typically were useless. Worth taking the risk! New company and approach, some teething issues but fundamentally fast, responsive, clear information, tracking etc which was all a vast improvement on my previous experiences with conveyancers. Paid flat £1,200 as quoted.

So refreshing to find a great firm of conveyancers !
Buying a new home is so stressful and I have found in the past that the conveyancing process can be the « make or break » of a deal. A bad firm of property conveyancers can really drag things out and make everything harder. So I was particularly impressed when I came across the team at Keith, who couldn’t have done more to make the process quick and easy and pleasant.
They are extremely responsive , efficient and competitively priced.I highly recommend them and given that they are quite new, I wish them the very best of luck-they deserve it !!

Keith made the conveyancing really simple. Rebecca guided me through each step, explained what was happening and why, and always replied quickly when I had questions. Everything was clearly priced from the start, so there were no surprises at the end. I'd definitely recommend them.

Cool, modern firm
I’ve had such bad experiences with conveyancing previously, so was surprised by how easy it was to work with the team and Keith. They were very responsive and there were no hidden costs which was great because other firms always surprise you with innovative ways to charge more. I think they are quite a new firm so wish them all the luck.
