I have messaged and rung, as well as emailed multiple times about missing screws for one of the cameras we bought.
Each time I have had contact with someone from this company I have been told they will look into it. It has been 10days and it has not been resolved.

Also, the couple of screws we did received were not long enough. They protrude 1-2mm out the back of the mounting plate and they should come out 4-5mm for it to be secure in brick or wood.
I am questioning whether this product is built in a different country. I am assuming that if it is an Australian product, they would be able to source screws.

Keldco security cameras are advertised as having “no ongoing costs,” which I found misleading.

While the cameras may operate without a subscription, if you actually want to store and review footage, you need either cloud storage or a memory card. Cloud storage involves an ongoing cost, and memory cards are an additional expense.

Another issue is the supplied power cables. They are far too short for a practical security camera installation. In my case, I had to pay an electrician to extend the wiring just to get the cameras installed where they were needed, adding yet another unexpected cost.

Advertising “no ongoing costs” gives the impression that the cameras provide their expected functionality without further spending. Between storage requirements and having to pay an electrician because of the short cables, that certainly hasn’t been my experience.

The cameras themselves may be fine, but the advertising and information about the real costs of installing and using them needs to be much clearer

Absolutely love both of my cameras and the customer service from KeldCo has been amazing. Would totally recommend this company for anyone looking for security cameras.

Listen, im not here to BS anyone this is a god honest review, and i want to say when i buy my first home keldco will be the company i go with when i get more cameras, i currently have 3 inside i plan to get more for the outside.

I’ve been using KeldCo HomeGuardian cameras for several months now, and I wanted to wait before reviewing so I could give an honest opinion based on real use.
Overall, I really like the cameras. The video quality is excellent, the app is convenient, and being able to check my cameras remotely is a huge plus. That said, it isn’t perfect. I’ve experienced some occasional gaps (not huge just minor ones the most was 3 minutes one time, some times just a few seconds) in recordings, timeline playback can sometimes refresh while searching through footage, and the PTZ controls can be overly sensitive. I’d also love to see longer power cables available, especially for ceiling-mounted cameras.
I also had an issue where one camera stopped recording properly. KeldCo walked me through troubleshooting and having me swap TF cards between cameras. That testing showed the problem followed the TF card rather than the camera. They then walked me through the proper in-app formatting process, which ultimately failed at around 30%. I documented everything with screenshots and videos and sent it to their team.
This is where KeldCo really impressed me. Marven went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From my original shipping delay to this more recent issue, he consistently communicated with me, kept me updated, and made sure I was satisfied. He never made me feel like just another order number.
The cameras and app have some things that could be improved, so strictly on the product I’d say 4.8/5. But the exceptional customer service makes this an honest 5/5 overall. Even the service alone is worth 5 stars to me. I would absolutely buy KeldCo cameras again.

The first positive part of the experience in dealing with this firm was the speed with which the camera was delivered following my order. The second most positive part was the ease of installation and the overall best part was the actual quality of the surveillance. I set the camera to cover the back section of the house all the way around to into the farm shed. As my driveway is 200 m long I was impressed that it showed vehicles coming up from the very bottom of the driveway. I was also very impressed with the quality of the camera productions i.e. photos and videos and also the nighttime surveillance. I am so impressed that I will be purchasing a second camera.

I've been thinking about a security camera for a while, and I saw this on FB. It got the better of me, and I went to the website, and I was impressed enough to spend my money. They are easy to install; I had an old mate do it for me. I did forget to order an SD card, but it's doing the job regardless. (I will be ordering one this week. It does need it to do all the things) Last night, it alerted me to an intruder on my rural property, and I think it's earned its money right there. It does stuff I didn't even know I wanted, like tracking, night vision AND it knows the difference between a kangaroo and a person. I'm happy I spent the coin.

Easy installation, great picture quality, love the features of the light, tracking & siren. Highly recommend.
