They are not closing. They are not in Toronto. All is lues. They do not abide to their policy/ warranty. They offer to return only part of the money you paid. This is fraud. 3 months ago they said they would send a replacement item, nothing has come yet.

Do not buy from this company. Its is not what the website says it is. I bought many items and when I got it it was a completely different quality. It came from China not some boutique in Toronto. I could not get my money back or return the stuff. Very disappointing.

This is a dishonest company. They use a fraudulent story with fake images. The knock offs are the very worst copies, plastic that off gases for weeks. I'm disputing the charges. The product is garbage.

Placed an order 2 months ago, have yet to receive 1 of the items. When I contacted them, received a response several days later , I was asked if I had checked my mailbox. Sure, treat customers like they’re idiots - that’ll get you far. Still has not arrived. Would advise strongly never to deal with them

Sent shoes that were different sizes! Weeks later I am still waiting for a refund after the replacement never arrived….latest response they referred to records showing they were delivered…it being the original order where they sent 2 diiferent sizes…the circle is complete. Im going to keep asking see how long this goes on or how long I can …. con artists

Order placed in March-still in debate with the awful company. April 15they are still tracking my item that they know has not been delivered. April 16 tell me item delivered. Have cameras at our home and no delivery. Cal them out on this lie. then Kelly is going to ck with delivery company. They Ask for my patience as they follow up. They gave me that message 3 different times. Yesterday I receive

I have not even received their item and they want to offer a 20% refund!!
Beware ALL = Watch out all-if no fixed address for a store its another flag....

Would rate this company 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are claiming to be a Canadian company however they are shipping from China and returns are to China. The order I received was poor quality, polyester material, cheaply made, not as advertised, did not match the sizing chart (one shirt length was off by 7”), in addition the clothing came without clothing tags which is not legal from a Canadian company. They make it impossible to return or get a refund. I got a full refund from the company after filing a dispute with the credit card company. I had multiple emails going back and forth where at the last email they offered 50% refund before I went the dispute process as I had a low trust that I would actually get any refund and wasn’t willing to accept less than a full refund and/or prepaid shipping label. Save yourself the headache and just don’t order from this company.

This company is a scam the quality of their product is very poor. I ordered a size M jacket they sent one that is about an XL & when i complained & wanted a proper size they responded with a 10% discount which i didn't agree to then came back with a 20% which i still didn't agree to so they told me i would have to return it to CHINA & now i can't get any response from them.
I would NEVER recommend purchasing from this business their quality is poor & their return policies SUCK.

Ugh!! I wish I read reviews on here before ordering. The quality is TRASH. Like seriously - SHEIN has better quality. And the items don’t look like they do on the site!! I ordered from them with the assurance from their website that sale items can be exchanged for store credit.

I emailed them asking to exhange a couple items and they even said sale items cannot be returned but they ARE eligible for store credit. Then they said my two options are I can get a 10% refund (which is next to nothing) or exchange sizes.

When I said I’d like store credit they said that’s not an option?!

They said they would refund 20% but it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive it.

Stay far away!!

They will not give a full refund . They say articles are non refundable because it’s a moving sale to Vancouver . They are neither in Toronto nor Vancouver . SCAM

I’d actually give them a zero star if that was an option. Terrible customer service. Poor quality. Nothing like the pictures. Would not process a return or exchange although they claim they do!
Delayed response to emails. Told me they would rather I kept the item to save a tree?!
Shipping took forever.

Poor design and quality, nothing to do with the pictures on the website and they are NOT in Toronto, Canada.

Only gave ones to her because you have to. The material is not at all as described and to return it they don’t do returns. They say, even though it says clearly clearly on their website they do and you have to return it to China, where it’s obviously cheaply made. Do not waste your money They completely lie on their website and they lie about the material you might as well order from Temu

This company is just horrible to deal with. Not only are the ordered pieces nothing like the photo shows but the material is cheap.
To add insult to injury when my order came the jacket I ordered came in size 4 when I had ordered a large.
They gave me a run around with returning it. They said it was expensive and sometimes didn't get to its final destination.
They offered to pay 10% of total order which infuriated me. They then increased it to 20% which was 34.00 and change. That is less than half of what I said.
My suggestion to anyone thinking of ordering ...DON'T!!!!!!

I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS BEFORE I ORDERED AND LOST MY $65.00!!! I don't even usually order anything online except maybe from Amazon, and I usually don't even read any of the ads on Facebook. I clearly must have been VERY tired when I came across this on FB; the jacket I ordered looked so beautiful online...just like everyone else has said, what I received is an absolute piece of polyester garbage!!! I am going to donate it so that it doesn't end up in landfill. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KELLY TORONTO!!!

Horrible quality and it is directly from China! Waste of money, DON’T DO IT!

Everything looked amazing on the site, but in reality, they are cheap, and incorrectly sized. Example, bought what I thought to be as a burnt orange blazer style jacket. It was made of felt! And super duper small, nothing like the pictures on the web.

Total scam. Terrible quality. Sent an item that wasn't what I ordered. Then when I contacted them, I was told it was final sale. Then they said I could return it, but I would be responsible for the shipping costs to China. What they sent was terrible quality polyester and not a knit sweater.
