Nici măcar o stea nu meritau, cel mai prost site, țeapă pt copii care nu știu, vai de steaua lor

Nu cumpărați e 100% teapa !!!!

Am comandat doua bucăți pe 1 noiembrie 2025 și niciun răspuns .
Nu ai cu cine sa discuți.
Pe mail nu răspunde nimeni.
Am dat o singura stea deoarece nu am avut opțiunea de '' 0 ""
Sunt fff multe recenzii negative și multe reclamații la politie de frauda.

Put a command beginning of November 2025 and 2 months later no product received, not even a notification that the product was shipped. They do not answer email or phone. The chat bot is extremely limited, it's of no use in my case.

I highly recommend to avoid this site; you are wasting your money ... and your time.

It's a scam! We placed the order more than two months ago and never heard back from them. Money's gone so kids toy...Ordenary thieves!

I didn't received the product. They didn't response to my email and phone. They didn't want to refund the money when the bank service contact them. My kid was very upset. Finaly I get the money back with the Revolut Bank help.Scam, this kind of site must be closed but I don't know how to report them.

They did not send the order, nor answer to email or phone number displayed on their site

I didn'receive any answear .No phone number.I have place the order in 30 september.
I hope that the authorities solve this.

This company is a scam, I also made order on 8th of october, I payed the order online because there were no bad reviews about this website than.
Now I tried to contact them and no human able to reach.
The site should be banned and people to get their momey back!!!

Este frauda, țeapă . Nu cumpărați de aici să nu plângeți dupa bani . Numarul de telefon nu functioneaza . La mailuri nu raspund . Au doar un chat virtual care rostogoleste aceleasi raspunsuri care te umplu de nervi. Promit ca rapid, cu prioritate stabilesc o legatura cu agent uman lucru care nu se întâmplă . ȚEAPA

I've ordered a kendama on the 8th of October, today the 4th of November I've got nothing form them, no tracking number nothing, phone number not working on there site, only a couple of email's that my order will arrive, I've wrote them multiple times asking for a tracking number AWB without any luck, I think it's all a skam and It sould be reported, it's just a boot that answer's your email's. Very disappointed.

Nu comandați de pe acest site. Este o mare înșelătorie. Am facut o comanda pe 25 septembrie și nici astăzi, 03 noiembrie, nu am primit nimic.

Its a SCAM...I placed my order for 2 kendamas on 4th of October, paid with the card and until now I didn't received any info about my order.Phone number not available, on the email they don't answer.Should be reported to authorities!
