I went to Kendra Scott at LaCenterra in Katy, and from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and assisted. The store has beautiful jewelry and a lovely way of showcasing each piece.

I found a necklace I absolutely loved, and Neetika took the time to show me the different ways I could wear it and encouraged me to try it on. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

She truly made the difference in my decision to purchase. Her service was exceptional, and she made the whole experience feel special. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been wanting a specific ring from Kendra Scott and finally received a 15 percent off discount code via their facebook page. First thing I did was go to the website to order the ring only to find out that it is excluded from the discount! There was no mention of any exclusion when the discount was offered. Come on, 15 percent, how can they not honor that!? I guess they just don't need the business. I have lost all desire to purchase the ring that I had been wanting for over a year! Good going Kendra!

Angela at the Lehigh Valley Kendra Scott store went completely out of her way to help us, and we truly appreciated the experience. Our receipt had not been emailed to us due to a typo, which made our return a bit complicated. Angela took the time to carefully look up the transaction and even contacted another location to help track down the item.

She didn’t have to go through all that extra effort, but she did. Thanks to her persistence, she was able to locate the purchase from the King of Prussia Kendra Scott store and help us complete the return and receive store credit.

We have three daughters and shop at Kendra Scott often, so customer service really matters to us. Angela’s kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a big impression. Experiences like this are exactly why we continue to shop with Kendra Scott.

I ordered the Kendra Scott 18K Huggie earrings and my ears reacted very badly they god swollen and red hot and I’m am lucky I could get them out of my ears in time before I had to go to ER. This means that the 18K isn’t 18K or even gold. I asked for a return for they were $100. She/ they didn’t return cuz I did not have original packaging. Didn’t address my reaction concern. SCAM!!!!!!! DONT BUY FAKE GOLD FROM KENDRA SCOTT!!!!!! LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went out shopping for Jewelry for my wife for Valentines day. Found a piece I thought she may like, so purchased it. Also purchased another piece down the street from Kay Jewelers. Being the typical guy, I stink at picking out Jewelry, and usually strike out, so this was the reason for multiple purchases.
Ironically (not to their fault of course) my wife saw almost the same exact necklace/pendant on my sons GF that same day, and they cant have the same Jewelry of course, so she went with the one from Kay, and I went to return the item to Kendra Scott that same day. Had everything exactly as if I had just purchased it and walked out the door I then found out "No refunds, only exchange or store credit."
Will not ever purchase here again, and putting the word out to others to share the policy so others don't get caught in the same trap.

My online experience was absolutely awful. I accidentally entered the wrong address when placing a large order, and within two minutes of submitting it, I contacted customer service to correct the mistake. The order had not yet shipped.
The following morning, I was contacted by someone named Ethan, who was extremely rude and told me it was “too late” to change the address. I reached out almost immediately after placing the order, yet I was told they could neither update the address nor cancel the order.
As a result, a large purchase is now being sent to the wrong address, and the company has refused to take any responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I truly regret making the decision to buy from this awful company

I love these necklaces! They don't tarnish easily and the designs are adorable! I have so many, but my favorite are the drusy necklaces!

I ordered a pair of pink dangle earrings and in 2 weeks one stone fell out.
I then looked at all the necklaces, bracelets and earrings I've ordered over the last 1-2-3-4 years at a cost of well over $2000. A number of them have lost the gold color and the underlying brass is all that remains.
The quality of this jewelry is very low and cheap. I extremely disappointed, not only with the crappy items that I have to throw away, but also with the horrible customer service. They accused me of abusing the jewelry. I never wash with it on or use perfume and take it off immediately upon my return to my home.
I will NEVER buy any more inferior Kendra Scott products again!

I order a pair of earrings, a ring, an a bracelet. The bracelet did not arrive in the box with the other two nor did it arrive later. I have emailed numerous times regarding my missing item, I have never been contacted back. I wish I could’ve gotten a refund or the item shipped to me.

A days ago my daughter and I went to the southlake location , and customer service was the worst I had ever experienced, when asking for help they all seemed mad and just ready to go home since they were closing at 6 pm . Everyone I asked for help they would go get someone else to assist. I had never seen this happen, not sure if it was because we looked like we had no money Or because of our race. I will never go back into this store . It was very disappointing.

Just be aware when you purchase the Insider Membership and it says on their website in several places Free shipping on Every order, that is a false statement!! When I called customer service and asked why I’m being charged shipping I was then told it excludes Yellow tag items! Nowhere on their website mentions that fact. I wish I had know that fact before I became a member.

Poor customer service. If you need to return it takes 10-15 days to receive credit and after 15 days credit still not process. Awful calling customer service, no answer. Never will recommend anyone to shop there!!

Nothing wrong with the products, but be aware that if you buy something online you can’t return it in a store. Also if you buy in a store they don’t return your money back, they just give you credit.
Big unpleasant surprise for me!

I purchased three pairs of earrings on December 1 2025 and was offered a free necklace. When I received my order on December 5, 2025 it contained one pair of earrings and the free neckless. It took me three days to finally speak to someone in customer service. I was told to take a picture of the box and its content. I then received an email saying they would send out the two pairs of earrings with expedited shipping. It’s December 11 and I’m still waiting for Kendra Scott to mail the earrings. I have ordered from this company in the past with no problem, but I will be looking elsewhere to purchase costume jewelry.

Kendra Scott offers trendy, accessible designs, but the jewelry is often overpriced for its quality, which tends to be inconsistent and costume-like. Their customer service policies are frequently reported as rigid and unhelpful when issues arise.

This is cheap tat made in India. i bought off the offical website. I paid $71 for a pendant necklace and i was shocked to see what arrived. it is like something you would put on a barbie doll! or a haloween costume. it is at best like Claire's Accessories and certainly won't last. you would expect to pay about $10 for what arrived..very disappointing. zero stars

Bracelet delivered damaged and they want me to go out of my way to ship the damaged item back. Tried to get a price adjustment on two pieces I ordered less than 2 weeks ago now that they are on sale and they said they only price match within 7 days. Not impressed with this companies customer service at all

I bought 3 necklaces and all 3 have started to turn green my daughter took her back to get it replaced and they refused to fix it. I would not spend my money on these. Go to TJ Maxx and buy a necklace from there it last longer and you'll pay the same price and no issues. Will not ever buy from Kendra Scott again since they don't stand by there products.

Bought earring and necklace set- the earring don’t stay closed and the there are charms on there that will fall off. They will not do anything to repair or replace told me to take to the store I purchased them which is across the country and that is impossible. I splurged on a special momento now stick with earrings I can’t wear. Waste of my money and do not reccommendation their product quality or their customer service policy
