Great waste management company and accommodating even on short notice. Claire was especially helpful and really helped us when needing multiple skips on site.

Kenny Waste Managment have been absolutely fantastic when helping out our charity!
We have formed a great collaborative partnership with the company and in particular with Tracey McMullen, when we need help.
This help ranges from collections and donations for our Easter and toy appeal (which reaches over 1000 children locally), volunteers to help with jobs on the park - they have helped us with mulching, planting and even helping build a willow hedge to prevent damage to our rose garden area.
When we have needed skip to clear out areas to be developed they have also provided these.
They are more than willing to help out our charity when needed and for that we are very grateful!

As a company we work with Kenny Waste on multiple projects. They deliver on time and are always keen to get the customer sorted out. I am a private individual and was looking for a skip in connection with a home project. I called a few companies and opted to proceed with Kenny Waste Management on a price point consideration alone.

However it was not a race to the bottom with Kenny. The customer service given by Rebecca Craigie was faultless. She was concise and informative. Recognising that I was not trade she immediately gave me a VAT inclusive price so that I had price transparency. Rebecca explained what I could and could not place in the skip and whereas other skip providers limited or excluded plasterboard Rebecca's knowledge enabled her to give the correct answer for me as a private individual having different criteria to a trade customer.

The entire booking and payment process was streamlined and easy. Rebecca was prompt in sending across the confirmations. The call was answered quickly and she was very friendly and helpful.

Skips don't arrive when there supposed too. Customer service is extremely poor. Been chasing a refund for 5 days. To be told today that it's not yet been processed. Thanks for your response. But you actually told me the skip wouldnt come until the next day. I have the transcripts to prove this. Obviously you just want to save the face of the business. But im not surprised, given the level of service you have shown. You told me you would process refund on friday morning. Not on the following Monday. Your advisor also told me they would confirm refund to me on friday. I had to ask you to do this again on monday. To which you then processed the refund. You didn't respond to me monday morning ad you promised, I had to ring you. All in all a shocking experience, from a company that are happy to take your money, but don't provide a service
